Lawsuit: Wahler's a Racist, Homophobe, Chubby Hater

Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler didn't just beat the crap out of a Department of Transportation officer last year, he's also accused of calling the guy a "nig**r, motherf**ker, f*g, and "fatass."

In a lawsuit filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Jonathan Wallace claims Wahler and model Kristen DeLuca approached both him and a tow truck driver who was impounding a car, when Jason began "thrusting his chest into that of the tow truck driver while unleashing a verbal barrage of racial statements and swearing profusely." Wallace also alleges that in the middle of Jason's tirade, Wahler "initiated physical contact" with another tow truck driver by repeatedly punching the man in the face. Wallace claims that during the ruckus, Jason somehow managed to sock him in the left eye too.

The LAPD arrived to the scene shortly after, where they arrested Wahler and DeLuca. Cops say Wahler's blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit. He later plead no contest to battery and was sentenced to 60 days behind bars.

Wallace is asking for $200,000 in damages.

48. To all those who claim he will get what is coming in jail, hasn't Jason already been sentenced and served time for this incident? This is old news, when he was arrested all of these details with the name calling were released ages ago. He has been to jail and to re-hab. Why is the moron tow-truck driver pressing charges now? People who are seriously injured in auto-accidents don't even get $200, 000. Another frivolous lawsuit by another want-something-for-nothing moron.

This little hollywood nobody deserves to be put in general population! And who gives a rats ass about his "little girlfriend" defending her him. She knew this man was an assh*le so she needs to suffer the consequences for her stupidity. And for those morons who claim to know them both and state, "the whole story is not being told", apparently you've been drinking a little too much "stupid juice" to try and defend these two mindless twits. 53. To FlBiker: You sound like a man who has been towed way too many times. Tow truck drivers work for a living, just like the rest of us do. Learn to park where you should and maybe you won't have to put down others for doing their job. By the way, I am a biker myself, so don't go giving me any biker crap. Be responsible for your own behavior!

54. Jason is far from a racist, just because he used the n word does not make him a racist, come on people leave this kid alone. He has had his share of bad luck obviously getting caught for the same thing a few times, sooooo many guys in LA do the same thing and get away with it, Jason is just getting picked on by all of you and you have no idea what he is all about.. It's ok though cause he is happy now and proud of himself fr what he has become. He is a great guy, yes he has flaws but at the end of the day if you are his friend he'd give you the shirt off his back, he's got a good heart. as far as he and LC go, they are still friends so what does that tell you, obviously he's not all bad! He is got sooo much going for him so say what you want about him, you know what they say, sticks and stones....................................

57. Okay this happened one year ago. Jason has changed in the past year, ALOT, for the better. Everyone makes mistakes and I think people bash on him more just because he's a young kid who has money. Don't forget people he's only 20.
