I know this sounds really mean and I don't want it to sound that way, but it looks like the Kardashian lady would have had rear end reduction surgery. I know it surgeons could do it other places, they certainly could take off some of the fat in that area too. Maybe she doesn't want it or maybe she likes her rear end to look like that. I know money isn't a factor. It just looks a little abnormal to me. I bet it is hard to get clothing to fit. I feel bad for her.

You can see the cellulite ripples on the back of her thighs through that horrifying dress. I agree with #17. I love gorgeous women, being one myself. But Kim isn't attractive. She makes me cringe and look away.
