33. Here's my proposed solution: The two sets of grandparents are awarded co-custody of the boys. Both Britney and Kevin Ordered into a real drug REHAB/parenting program for no less than 1 year. Ignore Shar Jackson; it is her right to choose to be an illegitimate mother but, it is not her right to bite the hand that feeds her. (Kevin does not feed her)

34. #20, I agree with most of your comment, except for the Michael Jackson thing. Unless she worked behind the scenes with MJ and DIDN'T bring her 2 little boys, then maybe that would be ok. But if she's even seen with MJ, then she would lose her boys for sure!

That's right. Although I don't see Shar as a bad person she has benefited greatly from this entire situation.
The post's that accuse TMZ of being biased should also see Shar as being same.
I also see K Fed as just someone who got good adivse to lay low and he was smart enough to follow it.
I have yet to see any thing the court can use to take the children away from their mother.

37. The kids will be safe with either K-Fed or Brittney...They appear to be much better at parenting than Angelina and Brad who trot and lug their brood all over the globe. Brit and Kevin give stability to their boys not a rootless existence like Brad and Angie. That's good for children.

Nice try , First of all Shar kids are grown and she does have family , and this is the first I hear of her going out in awhile ....But in the case of Brtitney a new mother, that didn't stop her for hitting the clubs, it seems everynite she was trying to take away the party title from PARIS and LINDSEY.

Shar Jackson doesn't look like she's playing with a full deck, anyway, and her backing up a guy who left her with two babies so he could party it up on another woman's pocketbook shows she's just as dysfunctional as Federline is. (And she's in her early 30s with two kids in their teens by another guy. Do the math.)

I'm not a fan of Britney's by any means (personally, I think the woman snapped after being in the limelight for so long), but those poor kids should not go to Kevin simply because he's the sperm donor.

What's laughable about the whole situation (and someone else said this here on TMZ) is how he never filed any motions asking for full custody of his two kids with Jackson? Then again, he wouldn't be able to pay "powerhouse" attorneys their ridiculuous fees.

Jackson, Federline, and Spears are nothing but untalented, overrated trash and it's a damned shame that kids are in the mix and will suffer because their "parents" are morons.
