Obviously any idiot can be a staff writer for TMZ... including folks with their head buried so deeply in bias and prejudice that they don't realize that a father is likely to do better parenting if he is at home with the kids than if he is out working some joe job. Times have changed... fathers can stay at home with the kids, mothers can have careers - the options have changed.

49. During K feds marriage to Brit he was not a supported attentive father at all. Brit was left to fend for herself as she bank rolled his rap career.
Perhaps he has grown up some sense then, but I'm not convinced because it wasn't that long ago.
I recall Brit accepting K Feds children with Shar and saw many pics of her holding Shar's little girl. that also was not that long ago.
Brit is troubled yes, Maybe a little angry herself, But abusive or neglectful to the point a court would remove her children? Highly doubtful.
K feds alimony run's out in Nov.
Child support is all he has in secure income. How can it not be about money!
Shar's child support amount depends on Kevins income so I do not listen to anything she has to say.
Although She deserves anything she can get from him, She is biased.

51. Kevin Federline was/is a cheater and a user. Could there be any doubt after this guy left his pregnant girlfriend for another woman? But hold on a minute folks. The woman he left his pregnant girlfriend and mother of his children for was none other than Britney "homewrecker" Spears. She had no qualms about Federline until he turned the tables on her. I have no sympathy for Spears and neither should anyone else. She got exactly what she paid for and what she deserved.In the words of another Spears' ex, "what goes around, comes around."

As for parenting, Federline's inability to be faithful does not have any impact on his ability to parent. So far, he seems to be doing a better job of shielding his children than Britney. He certainly hasn't exposed himself in public multiple times nor has he gotten into fights with paparrazzi while with his children. That's a step in the right direction.

Lastly, I think Shar Jackson deserves credit for maintaining her dignity in the face of a terrible situation. She has never berated Britney or Kevin publicly that I know of and that signals one important quality of a good parent: the ability to put one's own feelings aside for the good of the children. Bravo Shar!

52. She says he's a good father. Because he has promised her a lot of money. Brittney's money, which he will get if he has sole custody. Money is the root of all evil. He should be trying to get help for Brittney, not hurt her. She will be next to die. She has to get help and treatment.

55. Everyone needs to remember that it's really about the kids. Britney is a train wreck at this point. Kevin looks to be the better parent right now. So what if Britney has to pay support to Kevin? They are her kids, so her money can go to support them. Someone needs to take care of them, and it doesn't look like Britney can take care of herself let alone anyone else.

Imagine this scenario...Because of all the negative press, public meltdowns and uncooperative, erratic behavior with people who are trying to help her career, i.e. Ok Magazine and Allure, Brit becomes a has-been, loses all her material goods and millions, wounds up in either a mental hospital or back in Louisiana; K-Fed has custody of the kids and probably even gets back together with Shar. Now, K-Fed has 2, make that 4, kids he has to support; nobody is interested in him anymore because Brit is no longer a celebrity millionaire or just plain broke from all the legal battles and unprofessionial behavior towards the entertainment industry. He's unable to find a job that will pay him enough money to maintain his lifestyle, home and family. Shar is, at best, a B-list celebrity and makes enough money to maintain a decent lifestyle, K-Fed's a stay at home dad caring for his 4 kids and Shar's other 2 kids, a whopping total of 6 KIDS, he won't have to pay child support since he's such a "great dad", which makes Shar the breadwinner for a family of 8. He's feeling major deja vu, because he was in the same situation before he met Brit. Revenge can be so sweet. I propose he tries to work things out with Brit, pertaining to the custody issue, kiss her ass really good and Shar should too, although she'll have her man back she'll also be back in the same situtation pre-Brit. She and K-Fed should just make nice with Brit, even offer to take turns watching the kids while Brit "parties like a rock star", because Brit 's probably just going through a phase. After she gets all the partying/rebellion out of her system, she'll come to her senses and come back stronger than ever. Everybody will come out a winner this way. Brit will still be rich and famous, K-Fed will still have his lifestyle, due to him and Shar being on "Team Britney" which in turn will allow Shar to actually receive child support . This will even help both of these women's children to form healthy relationships with their siblings. Just a suggestion. None of them are no better than the other. They all have major issues.
