47. Agree w/ #13...Just enact a state law stating no paparazzi pictures from 0001 Friday morning until 2359 Sunday. It will be a win-win for both sides. All celebs will have time out and able to enjoy their weekends without being hounded, except by accidental tourists or non pros. WE the public will benefit having been spared with no more stupid red carpet events. Imagine the actors walking up to event without cameras and no quick 1-minute interviews unless the event is held Mon-Thu. Guess what Liev, you are not well known, I had to check IMDB to see what roles you played....I remember seeing some of the movies but your face is just a BLANK...haha.. TMZ no more stories about him.

50. Isn't there something the police can do about these nitwit stalkers? I've heard that most of the paps are illigal immigrants. The tabloids should stop buying the photos that these evil guys take. Some one, some time should knock the s... out of these slimeballs. I will vote for the politician who comes up with a law to keep these idiots 500 feet away from people. Oh, I forgot, politicians are as bad as Hollywood types wanting their pictures taken . It's a disgrace that people are being stalked and hounded by these morons.

51. Jennifer # 37, No one here said the STARS deserve the paps pictures or any thing like that. What most here are referring to is simply the fact that these people want all the publicity they can get. And then expect *NOT* to get photographed. However, while also acting very badly and bringing more attention to themselves.

See it seems to be alright to most to watch the Britney meltdowns and photo her kids. But it's supposed to somehow be different for these D List stars? A double standard going on here. However, as soon as the stars start acting badly they get a lots of pictures taken. And not just by the paid paps.

Seems like an awful lot of stars pick the most "seen" places they can be in. Most of the time anyway. Liev actually hit the photoguy and was threatening to that girl and knocking on windows of their cars. Seems he's also out of control by dropping his baby as he is by also being a threatening fellow himself.

These Hollyweird people took on this type of lifestyle when they decided easy breezy high paid Hollyweird is how to make a living. So this is WHAT happens.

59. I'm so tired of these people defending the photograhers. Yes, the celebs are in public positions, but it doesn't mean they have to be followed around night and day, especially when they're with their kids. How would you photographers like it if someone followed you around 24 hours a day when you're with you're family? I mean, you ARE in a position that deals with the media, and you ARE out there in public. Why shouldn't you guys be fair game , too? Should YOUR kids be punished because of the kind of job you have?
