64. I commend anyone who takes the steps to correct what is wrong in their life,but are these outings specifically outings or are they last ditch efforts of publicity? If you are in the spotlight once,I would imagine that is a feeling that you do not want to loose? I think it is such a sad world in which we live in when people are judged and rewarded on looks alone I find it had to believe that if she simply was a "plain jane' that people would be as apt to overlook at best the mediocre acting skills that have propelled her to the heights of fame of which she has .obtained

65. I feel for her, as it's apparent that she has a serious alcohol & drug problem. I hope they give her a significant rehab sentence of at least 18 months. She needs help and this smaller stints in swanky places just haven't been doing the trick.

Regarding her antics with the car and cocaine possession, etc. I hope LA doesn't give her a break where some jail time is concerned just because she is a celebrity.

A mix of rehab and then jail is what I personally feel is fair. She's lucky she didn't kill anyone while drunk/high and "driving". My family member wasn't so lucky and I now visit his grave while the driver is back with his friends and family.

66. Judges really do not like these cases. They get extremely annoyed when people go before them and try to make themselves look better. In her case, she has taken rehab to a new low and made a mockery of everything it stands for. The Judge is not a fool by any means and will not be impressed. Judges are usually fair with people that have Alcohol and Drug problems and are sincere about recovery. The 2 rehabs within 2 months and the fiasco with the SCRAM look terrible for her. I hope she realizes this. This is not good.

74. Once a train wreck...Always a train wreck..the only way this girl will get it together is to not live in Hollywierd. There is too much temptation and the bad influences will never leave unless they die first....they won't want their "paying customer" to leave them so they will do what it takes to keep her as a customer...not sure anyone really cares about the wellfare of Lilo, not even her star-struck/drug additcted parents seem to want to help her.

75. Very interesting that these robust, healthy, outdoorsy photos appear right before her court date. If the Lohan camp cries media invasion, I won't believe them. I wish Lindsay well, but she and her people are manipulating the press.
