Oprah Winfrey, Condi Rice, and Colin Powell are among a host of A-list celebs who were just subpoenaed in a racial profiling case in a Michigan Federal Court.

TMZ obtained court documents filed yesterday, which "commands" that a spectacular list of celebrities appear for depositions in a lawsuit filed by one Jerome Almon, who alleges that Canada has launched an attack on U.S. black rappers. The lawsuit claims Canadaian officals blame rappers for both increased gangs and gun violence in Toronto and Vancouver, and holds up black rappers at the border.

The list goes on to include Paris Hilton, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Snoop Dogg, DMX, Diddy, Jenna Jameson, Jay Z, 50 Cent, Eminem, Kobe Bryant, Spike Lee, Tom Sizemore, Martha Stewart and Heidi Fleiss. Mr. Almon, CEO of MurderCap Records, tells TMZ, "The white celebrities have been directed to appear, in order to show the hypocritical nature of Canadian policy toward rappers. Some of the white celebrities have far worse records than these rappers, but are still allowed to enter Canada with the red carpet rolled out."

Trip to Motor City ... everybody!

76. To clarify, everyone in the US has access to health care. Sadly, not all who are employeed have the benefit, and not all that are offered thru their employment take the insurance, but can get medical treatment at any emergency room in our country. So, everyone in Canada has government health care - - that means your government decides what treatment you need and or deserve. I don't want my government all in my business.

78. "Canadians have many more freedoms then Americans. Gay marriage is simply one of many. "

That's a LIE. Gay marriage is the only thing you got more freedom than Americans. It almost feels that Canada is using gay marriage to outdo America and pretend that they have more freedom.

In Canada, the largest supermarket chain is government(province) owned. There is NOT EVEN FREE ECONOMY there. What freedom? Government also owns alcohol. You can't out sell government's price. Hard liquor is double the price (some triple) than the price in America. Beer is 1/3 more than you buy in the States. Government OWNS YOUR ASS in Canada. What freedom?

79. Remarks made by WHAT, you don't know anything about CANADA'S health care system, I will take this opportunity to educate you : rich or poor every one is covered and as for the public school system its the same each and every child goes to school. Canada has a far better medical and education system and us.
So please WHAT seems as though you don't know whats going on in our country.
If CANADA choose to refuse rappers, then so be it.

80. LOL you Americans are so damn arrogant. I am so glad I live in a country like Canada. Canadians are liked by most around the world.

Can the same be said of Americans? Umm no. Especially since that great President Bush of yours has been in office. He's basically turned the world against your country.

And for those that mentioned Canadians going to the US for medical reasons because of long lines. I live in Toronto and never seen these long lines they talk about. Everyone in my family that has ever needed surgery has always received it.

Now how about we talk about how many Americans flock over to Canada to buy medications because they can't afford to buy the same medications in their own country.

81. # 75 (NotEven) You are SO wrong about the Canadian healthcare system. The government does NOT decide what treatment we need or deserve, our phycisians do.That is the problem with the United States you do not have access to accurate information.about Canadians. Americans who do not have healthcare insurance do not have the freedom or financial resources to go to a Drs. office when they need to and they are turned away or not treated in emergency rooms if they do not have insurance which is why that woman was left to die on the emergency room floor of Martin Luther King Hospital in California.I can go to my Drs. office as many times as I want and I am covered.

83. If you love Canada so much, why are you on American entertainment blog? Find a Canadian entertainment blog to enjoy posting your opinions. There is probably not even a decent Canadian blog for you to entertain because your government only knows how to tax people to death than encouraging business and industries. Business are always small and down, industries are just not booming.

84. I would really say lets look at these rappers criminal records and we will see why they were denied. Its probably not just jaywalking. They promote the crime lifestyle. I'm sure they have to make themselves ligit. THAT is why they were probably denied. In Canada if you come up with even with a DUI you can be denied. Or pay $500 per day to come in. Every case is unique and in the end its Canada's decision to let you in or not. Also as a Duel Citizen I lived in both countries and I choose to live in Canada. Canada Rocks.

85. I guess some nameless bureaucrat at an HMO should decide what healthcare I get....hmmm...that's so much better. I wish we had thought of that.

Americans get a bad name because they really are not informed. I am still trying to figure out which supermarket is owned by the government.

IF you only get your news from TMZ and other dunderheads, then you deserve the government you have. Truly.

86. I know for a fact (husband is a Cdn Immigration officer) that anyone with a felony conviction will not be allowed into Canada, regardless of race. To do so, they wil have to have approval prior to arriving which has to be obtained from the Candian consulate in their country of residence.

Many entertainers know this. Snoop Dogg is one example who has visited Canada and didn't have any problems entering the country because he got the approvals he needed before he arrived. I don't know the specifics for DMX or 50 Cent but my guess is that they didn't get the approval. Neither did Sean Penn on one of his visits to Vancouver and he wasn't permitted to enter the country.

This being true, I would guess many rappers are stopped at the Canadian border to be checked to see if they have felony convictions. And the unfortunate thing is many do have them.

I'm not defending Canada but there is more to the story in why some folks are stopped at the border. I wonder if Jerome Almon has any felony convictions.

87. It takes at least two months to see a specialist. Family doctors are not a problem. But if you have to see a specialist, two months waiting time is actually short. Some people wait for 6 months or even more than a year. It solely depends on your luck , are there enough specialists for this kind of problem and how many people are in line already.

Many provinces already declare they have doctor shortage. It's in newspaper and on TV news program. It's not a secret.

Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!

From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

89. Every child goes to school in American too. IT'S FREE.

College (public school) is much cheaper in America than Canada. America has the best education in the world.

90. I am Canadian, and I am a fan all of music including hip hop. I do believe that music does influence
people, but so does all forms of entertainment. From movies to books, violence is something that sells. We have to realize that this is a form of entertainment. There are lots of rappers who even tell people that this to a certain degree is "entertainment", and not get it "twisted". Lets stop wasting time and money in blaming people for our actions!!
