She's In, She's Out!!!

Nicole RichieJust 82 minutes after Nicole Richie checked herself into Lynwood jail, she left a free woman. Hard time her ass!

According to the official website of the L.A. Sheriff's Dept., Richie checked in at 3:15 PM and was released at 4:37 PM. She was assigned to a cell for only 35 minutes! It takes longer to watch an episode of "The Simple Life" ... and it's more painful!

A Sheriff's source tells TMZ Nicole was routinely processed and released according to normal operating rules.

One of the more brilliant moves by Nicole's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, who snuck Nicole in and out while everyone was focused on Lindsay. Well played!

Her judge wasn't Mike Sauer, because Mike makes sure that you serve your whole sentence no matter who you are. Mike needs to be named the judge in charge of celebrity suspects. The other judges are just too leinant with celebrities. I mean, she was sentenced to 3 days in jail and it is cut back to 35 minutes. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger needs to put his foot down and set these judges straight.

OK everyone, newflash. I know SHE lives in California, and I live in New Hampshire, but the way the legal system goes here, she got more harsh sentencing than anyone would get here. In NH, her charge would've only carried a hefty fine, an alcohol awareness program and a year+ loss of license. NO jail time whatsoever. So to me, any jail tme seems obscene anyway. Give it a break.

I CAN UNDERSTAND HER GETTING OUT THE WAY SHE DID. LA ALWAYS LETS THEM OUT FOR OVERCROWDING. REMEMBER, SHE HAD HER 2ND DUI WITHIN A COUPLE OF YEARS , NOT A COUPLE OF MONTHS. AND SHE WAS NOT DRUNK AND HAD NO NARCOTICS ON HER. I WISH HER WELL.
LINDSAY HAD 2 DUI'S WITHIN A COUPLE OF MONTHS, PLUS COCAINE AND SHE GETS 1 DAY IN JAIL! I SURE HOPE SHE HAS WISED UP OR SHE WILL BE DEAD SOON.

why are you guys so upset? don't you know she has to do community service? The court ordered her to go shopping 4 days a week at the Galleria for a minimum of 2 hours each. Now that's tough love!

What a wonderful judicial system we have!! No wonder so many other countries talk smack about us because of crap like this. I like Nichole, but what about all those other people in jail who are serving outrageous sentences for stupid things! I love cops but you sheriff''s are looking more idiotic every day!!!

Let me wrap this around my head for 82 minutes. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, times up!
I suppose 82 minutes in LALA Land is like 15-25 in Philly at Holmesburg Prison.
I mean years, K?
Twit who blames Dems for what happens to the addicts in LA that are high while driving should take a look at the ones that serve 3 nanoseconds, celebutard $$$$, not democrats, imbecile!

She must have had someone drive her to Lynwood and told them wait outside. I"m going to jail but I"ll be right back. She can threaten peoples lives by driving drunk and get a turnaround sentence. But the PETA folks and the NFL can make it, that Michael Vick is through for life for cruelty to animals which I deplore also, it just seems a little unfair HUMAN vs ANIMALS, (must be the color of your skin.)

Did you know, before Bill Gates was the richest person on earth, he was also arrested for DUI, DWI and running a red light twice or three times in New Mexico. He spend probably less than a month in jail. He was 18-19 at the time happened. Gates' friend Paul Allen was also riding with him.

Bill Gates helped the world boost the economy!
