Howard K. Kiboshes Anna Nicole Rack Flick

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith Howard K. Stern has just won a court battle, and will now be able to prevent a video of the late Anna Nicole Smith's breast augmentation surgery from being released.

TMZ was in a Los Angeles County Courtroom today, when a judge granted a preliminary injunction forcing plastic surgeon Dr. Gerald Johnson to return all tapes of Anna Nicole Smith's boob job, which he had filmed.

The judge also ordered that the boob doc could not "disseminate, copy, distribute, or sell" the footage that he has of the surgery.

Who wants to see that? A lot of people.

212. I am getting rather sick of larry now, I think he has turned into a money grabbing exploiter, like howie the snake, I would have had more respect for larry if he had taken dannylynne to live in Kentucky with his family, and gone completely private with his little daughter.

But no, he is now glued to that low life murdering howie, I can't believe he did that. Obviously, it is all about the money with him too. Who ever said that dannylynne is his cash cow is right, I find it all disappointing and sickening.

213. Howard is a pig and he will burn in hell some day. If he never entered Anna's life her and her son would still be alive. He is as evil as my late sister Joan's husband Sam Giambra was. If he would have been a loving husband and father instead of a Mr. know-It-All my sister would be alive today. and Anna would not have been taking all the drugs that killed her.

No, and you never will understand anything either.

Enduring people like you who exist only blogs like this, and the media is an achievement all by itself. Coming out of tragedy, sorrow and mourning is an achievement also. Surviving lies and slander--now that's also an achievement. Seeing Dannielynn thriving is an achievement.

I could go on, but it would be lost on the likes of you and the rest of your sour-grapes enthusiasts.

219. Howard didnt kill 2 people...So 2 People O d because THEY took to many pills, etc..It s called OVERDOSE OVERDOSE....Howard didnt shove the meds down their throats...Addicts many times OD and take enormous amounts of drugs.
