Howard K. Kiboshes Anna Nicole Rack Flick

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole SmithHoward K. Stern has just won a court battle, and will now be able to prevent a video of the late Anna Nicole Smith's breast augmentation surgery from being released.

TMZ was in a Los Angeles County Courtroom today, when a judge granted a preliminary injunction forcing plastic surgeon Dr. Gerald Johnson to return all tapes of Anna Nicole Smith's boob job, which he had filmed.

The judge also ordered that the boob doc could not "disseminate, copy, distribute, or sell" the footage that he has of the surgery.

Who wants to see that? A lot of people.

17. Way to go, Howard!! I have always believed in Howard and that he was Anna's 'protector'. Looks like he still is.

Dr. Gerald Johnson should be ashamed of himself! I certainly would never go to a surgeon like him, who can't be trusted and has no respect for his patients, (especially the dead). People are so greedy and selfish...whatever happened to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you"?

19. Howard has worked hard to keep Anna name in a positive light. Now we know that the Horizon Home was Anna's. Ben Tompson and Shelly have droped their suit on the home. 21. the only reason Howard is fighting it is because he is not making any money on it. If those tapes are returned to him, you watch how fast the tapes get released. I'm absolutely amazed that vulture Howard still has people fooled.

Thank you Howard for protecting Anna and DL from these vultures. A very sick in the mind doctor that has already lost his license to practice. Good for you Howard, I hope you and your family enjoy DL'S BD party. You deserve to have some fun with all you are going through. And thank you TMZ for keeping us informed.

Dannielynn you should be so proud of the man your Mother loved with all her heart. He continues to show his true colors. He is a man of honor. He is still staying with her even in death. He will never leave your side Dannielynn because he loved your mom so much and he loves you so much. Enjoy your 1st Birthday Dannielynn and know you are safe with Howard and Larry by your side.

What can anyone possibly say? Howard continues to do everything right. Anna's estate has the best man for the job. Howard has now made sure Anna's memory is protected.

Dannielynn, Howard has done it all for your mom and will continue to do it for you. He has secured the Horizon home Anna said she owned. Great job Howard. Anna is looking down smiling on her Howard and her baby girl. Love to you and your family Howard.

Howard is a hero. Howard is a smart, smart man. Howard we love you and you are in all our thoughts and prayers. After a Hot, Hazy, Humid summer at Horizons, Howard made sure Anna's estate owned it in the end. Happy Days for Howard, Dannielynn and Larry.
