Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole Smith Howard K. Stern has just won a court battle, and will now be able to prevent a video of the late Anna Nicole Smith's breast augmentation surgery from being released.

TMZ was in a Los Angeles County Courtroom today, when a judge granted a preliminary injunction forcing plastic surgeon Dr. Gerald Johnson to return all tapes of Anna Nicole Smith's boob job, which he had filmed.

The judge also ordered that the boob doc could not "disseminate, copy, distribute, or sell" the footage that he has of the surgery.

Who wants to see that? A lot of people.

Howard won Horizons. Howard keeps on winning in honor of Anna. Love to the Stern family and the Birkhead family. Keep up the great work. Howard has this all under control and is doing everything in the proper venues. Hang in there Howard. Do us all a favor and get O'Quinn. Take him for everything. He and his client are a disgrace to the public. When you are done with them, get Ford Shelly, G. Ben Thompson and Greta Van Susteran. Then after Nancy Grace has the baby, make her life miserable like she did to Anna. Bring them to their knees for the pain they caused Anna. Get them all one by one. We will be waiting and watching. Howard don't ever give up and we will support you until your job is finished.

50. Howard is evil. Look at his eyes. He wasn't with Anna when this tape was make. The dr. did keep his work and it was until the person dies. Stern will never be happy. he always looks so tense and distrought. He will reap what he has sown. Bad and evil. He did not get Anna unless she was high on drugs and he hated all the other who Anna was with. Howard is a sociapath and will keep going down to the lowest human. JUst watch

51. I have finally come to realize that Howard is a con man. He pimped ANS and DL when he had her. Now Howard is helping Larry pimp the baby.

Art Harris sucks, he is so bias towards Howard. He would'nt know the truth if it bit him in the butt.
