Keyshia Cole Tattles on R. Kelly?!

R.Kelly and Keyshia Cole R&B singer Keyshia Cole may have rocked the legal boat for R. Kelly -- by mistake! Perhaps it was supposed to be kept on the "Down Low?"

In a televised MTV News interview, edgy Keyshia said, "We're actually going on tour together in October." That's strange, considering the platinum pisser is scheduled to start his child porn trial September 17. Maybe she's privy to information that was supposed to be withheld from the public? Hasn't Keyshia been prepped with the "no comment" speech?!

Rumors have been swirling that Kelly's defense team expects him to be acquitted on all charges -- and not serve any jail time. R. Kelly's representative responded with a statement on Thursday: "Reports that R. Kelly is planning a concert tour in October are not true. Kelly is currently focused on preparing for his trial and has no definite plans for anything beyond that." No definite plans ... well, Keyshia seems to know otherwise!

It's probably a good idea to focus solely on the trial at this time, considering the judge presiding over the case has just upheld his decision to allow the infamous sex tape to be shown in court. The video allegedly shows Robert Kelly having sex (and other activities) with a 14-year-old girl. Kelly has pleaded not guilty on all counts.

16. He deserves jail time. He was caught on video tape, from his own camera.

They put a non-existing "case" under media scrutiny with Michael Jackson, when there was no evidence (sensationalized "proof" that you hear most people talk about didn't even exist) the poor man still suffers from that image to this day (although it was naive and stupid of him to put himself in that situation, I won't lie) accepted pleaded his innocence and went through the court procedure like any other American citizen, and was vindicated because he was truly innocent -- regardless of what people to spin it around with excuses with illogical reasoning.

Whereas its been 5 years since the allegations were made --2002 -- and he is just NOW seeing a trial? This is ridiculous and long overdue. On top of that, during those years, he continued to make over sexualized and provocative music and lyrics (squashed in between the few "inspiration" songs) about young women. Guess what, nobody says anything and nobody cares.

If he doesn't get jail time, scrutinize HIM. He's the one who deserves it.

24. sometimes I wonder if people realize the difference between saying you're "not guilty" and NOT denying that you did what you're accused of. I can guarantee you all the men they trap on "To Catch a Predator" consider themselves to be "not guilty". I once saw a tv report where a drug dealer considered himself to be "not guilty"....he said that if HE didn't sell the drugs then someone else would....

25. Look if R. Kelly did do it then he should answer for it. but on the other hand everyone knows that these fast behind girls will say anything to get money.But i bet you all still buy his music, and videos. Let all of the facts be shown in court, hell for all anyone knows this tape was edited.
These girls should be held for trapping men too. A man is going to be a man no matter what.
