Vick: I Was Part of a Group That Killed Dogs

TMZ has obtained the plea agreement in the Michael Vick case. In it, Vick "admits the facts set forth in the statement of facts."

A portion of the summary of facts reads "Vick agreed to the killing of approximately 6-8 dogs that did not perform well in testing sessions ..." It continues, "All of those dogs were killed by various methods, including hanging and drowning."

The plea agreement reads, "the defendant agrees to forfeit all interests in any and all dogs involved (in) an animal fighting venture that the defendant owns or over which the defendant exercises control ... including but not limited to the approximately 54 pit bulldogs recovered from the residence ... "

The agreement also states that Vick will plead guilty to charges of conspiracy and sponsoring a dog in an animal fighting venture. He's also admitted to providing funding for dog food, medicine and purse fees for dog fighting competitions.

Vick could face up to 5 years in prison along with a substantial fine.

33. If the NFL lets him play I will boycott them for life. (I've already released my Seattle Seahawks season tickets that my family has owned since the franchise started) Any endorser also looses my business. He accepted no responsibility and is apparenty a rich, uneducted street thug who may be able to teach others a lesson by losing the golden ticket and NFL meal ticket...what a tragic waste of talent, brains and potential (same for his other "groupies and participants)

34. He deserves a lot more than 5 years for this! If you have the audacity to kill an innocent animal, you could and would do a lot worse! How cowardly! There isn't a place on this earth that twisted man, nor anyone associated with this crap, deserves to be, except maybe 6 feet under!

35. Mr Vick made a poor judgement between his involvement and association of friends. I hope he recieves a fair and light sentence so he can possibly return to the NFL and most importantly send a message to his fans about his mistake and learning from it. With it fans will have a clear understanding that we as humans make mistakes and are not perfect. BUT, if you admit your faults, accept the consequences, learn from it and share the information with others afterwards, the message will be heard now and for a long time.

36. #22 -I don't think he should be excuted because that would be too kind. EVERYONE in America knows him and what he did. He is the most hated man in the US (other than Bin Laden). His life is OVER he with be beat and raped in jail and will have no life on the outside. I think that is best, don't you?

37. I think Vick should be put to death by hanging or drowning, just like the dogs. I would do it myself to him, if I had the opportunity.

38. While I think Vick's actions were dispicable to compare him to a serial killer is just wrong. Many serial killers got started by torturing animals but they do it alone and for enjoyment. Vick did this as part of a gang who gambled for money. I'm not excusing his behavior but c'mon people and have a little perspective.

39. Put this piece of human garbage in the filthiest, most disgusting prison we have in the United States and leave him to rot . If he complains tazer him until he shuts up. Maybe that will come a little close to what he has done to these poor animals.

40. You know what's really sad, and I'm not a fan of pit bulls, but because this is a "local" news story in my area (VA), they've had all of this coverage over the last couple of days about the dogs that were taken from Vick's property. More than 50 dogs are more than likely going to be put to death because they were raised to be fighters, and have been deemed "untrainable" to be good pets.

I think that a facility should be built to let these dogs live out the rest of their lives at the expense of Michael Vick. It's because of him that they are going to be euthanized.

This guy makes me sick!!!!!!!!!

42. This guy makes me completely sick - if you are the kind of person that gets your kicks out of watching animals tear each other apart, or doing such horrendous things as electrocuting, hanging and throwing them against walls, you are the kind of person that prisons were designed for!!! This man is SICK SICK SICK and evil, and does not need to be walking around with the rest of society!

43. I guess every generation has to have their own O.J. !
None of these guys have the balls to be a man..do you really think this dirtbag was gonna grow a set?

44. I very, very, very sincerely hope his career is over. What kind of person can do this to an animal? Given his interest in gambling, I wonder if the NFL is trying to see if he bet on any games. I hope he and his kind are gone, gone, gone! The CFL has already said they do not want him. I cannot believe that Al Sharpton is standing up for this poor excuse of a male - mind you Al Sharpton is a poor excuse for a male.

45. I swear, it will NOT be fair if he buys his freedom from the law like many other celebrities have. There is not much of a difference between being stupid and putting other innocent peoples lives @ risk and knowingly and completely consciously killing and torturing innocent animals but the point is that at least the other celebrities didn't do direct harm to innocent bystanders and this dumbass completely knew what he was doing. He deserves to have everything taken from him and all the people involved and they need to pay some serious money that should go to Pitbull Shelters AND serve over 5 years in prison!!!!!!!!!
Is he still playing?? All of his games should be boycotted as well!!!!!!!
