Stylistically bi-polar Tara Reid was spotted (and striped) while leaving a salon in Beverly Hills yesterday, looking more PTA mom than keg party babe ... the booze luge will have to wait!
Reid, one of the pieces of "American Pie," sported a headache-inspiring trifecta of checks, polka dots, and plaid; but the look is highly reideeming compared to some of her other fashion disasters.
Tara's been looking a whole lot better lately ... and then this happens.

TMZ POST pictures of all your staff (especially the idiots that comment on these photos)just doing ordinary things, and let us take a whack at them so you all can know how it feels to be criticized. I don't think you will do it. You bunch of dorks, but I think this would be great.

28. this is a huge improvement. she's been looking better and better lately. i saw her a few months back in OK magazine i think and she looked gorgeous. she really is pretty but she was always so boozed up and out of it you couldn't notice. she's doing ALOT better than lindsay and that skank brittney i can tell you that much
