First it was about the executor matter.

That would have tallied up the MURDERS to 3 family members!!!!!

Just How CONCERNED and Caring of a Parent is he ???

The BOTTOM LINE for Larry is the $$$.

444. Anna Nicole Smith is being sued for the second time by her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, who claims the model/actress lied on her daughter's birth certificate.
Photographer Birkhead dated Smith earlier this year and claims he is the biological father of six-week-old Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, who was born in the Bahamas last month.

However, Smith and her lawyer and current partner Howard K. Stern maintain Stern is the father, and he is listed as such on the baby's birth certificate.

Birkhead is also suing Smith for custody of the baby girl and is asking the former Playboy Playmate for a paternity test.

This week, Birkhead's lawyer Debra Opri filed a second suit in the Bahamas alleging Smith provided fraudulent information when applying for Dannielynn's birth certificate


so what if he fraudulently signed her birth certificate and held her captive let him have cake .

But we think he just hoped he'd still somehow walk away with his own cool fiberglass monument to the love of weepy adolescents, perfect for smacking Howard K. Stern over the head with as a symbol of his decisive victory in the court of public opinion. And, of course, his nephew probably just figured he'd get some That's So Raven background-player ass. 448. I was in the grocery store yesterday & at the checkout counter saw a magazine waiting to be bought with a huge picture of Dannielynn on the cover. I couldn't help but think about seeing Larry on TV earlier accusing Howard & Anna of pimping his daughter to make money. Does Larry think he has special pimping rights since he was declared the sperm donor?

Was in airports in Newark, NJ & Miami, FL enroute to Nassau, Bahamas and noticed that magazine, I think it was US Weekly. Didn't even bother picking it up and looking. I can say no one in either airport seemed interested in the magazine. Lots of copies just sitting there. I think the public has lost interest in Dannielynn being pimped out by these two men. What the public is interested in is knowing the TRUTH behind Daniel & Anna Nicole's UNTIMELY DEATHS.
