Hogan and his unidentified passenger were flown by Medivac helicopter to a hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla. Both were seriously injured.
I think it's wrong to condone dangerous actions and if you truly care about someone (anyone) you wouldn't do it. The fact is, he wrecked his car...it wasn't an accident. He made a mistake, and one that could have resulted in death. It still may! I think it's important to speak the truth, maybe it will save a life or lives. Being honest doesn't mean you don't care, it usually means you do care.
Condone:
To overlook, forgive, or disregard (an offense) without protest or censure.
Mistake:
An error or fault resulting from defective judgment, deficient knowledge, or carelessness.
Accident:
An unexpected *and* undesirable event, especially one resulting in damage or harm:
# 110 Re: The passenger
" If he felt any danger, he could have chose to not be involved"
When a sports car accelerates from 30 to 100 in a few seconds and you are in the passenger seat at which point do you bail? You don't.
The driver is 100 percent in control of your fate. To say he had choice and or control over his fate as a passenger is just plain silly and would not hold up in a court of law. The driver is responsible for all passengers in his or her vehicle at all times.
The kid is a spoiled idiot! He could off killed anybody in his way driving like a damn fool. After he heals up I would knock him out, and then take away his licence for a year.
I hope Nick all right if I was his father I'll beat him down like a dog he could have kill someone. ''JERK OFF''
Where is that stupid clown?.. who among others open their pie-hole about why are
blacks crashing and making it about colour; like someone on a milk box they are sure
missing.
Not a terrible surprise. I think everyone knew he drove like an idiot. I mean, last year he was driving a Lambo and it "caught on fire". I always found that fishy. Now we know.
117. " Let him a drive a Yugo!! The twit shouldn't even be driving "

Enough of this Professional race car driver childs game. I would be devastated as a parent and say the same thing to my own, I'd say your going to race right down to a higher education or not another dime from me..
How many professional race car drivers do you hear about in serious wrecks on public roads because of speeding? That's because they are Professional and use the track for their occupation not public streets.
I think I'll wait for more reliable word regarding the injuries and or deaths of those involved. Sue was maybe just trying to create some drama in already dramatic setting
Families fight during the strangest times because of high stress and then there is always a sue who tries to add fuel to the fire. I dont find this much diffrent
Thanks for all the local links/video feed from those of you who live in Florida. TMZ and thier " new" crash photos taken "right after the wreck" But really taken hours after just is not enough info.
Hearing word across the internet Nick is not all that injured. Have not heard word of the passenger. I will find out how reliable this grape vine is but I wont hold my breath.
Another sad story of a rich kid making a bad choice... I hope that the none rich... less famous children ....realized that just because your parents have money doesn't mean people don't make bad choices. All the money in the world couldn't have made the crash not happen. He and his parents needed a wake up call....I pray that he is okay and I am sorry that he had to learn the hard way.................
Dear family.. Im sending a prayer for you and your family along with the the other kids family, my son was involved in a really bad crash 2 years ago, so i can understand the fear of the unkown .. stay strong you cant image how many people are praying for them and your family and everyone involved.. dont rush to punishment let everything take its course.. take one day at a time,, oh yes and dont give a damm what people have to say,, because teenager do things there way not ours,, god bless.. take care irene
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
