46. I really doubt that Kevin would be bringing up a frivolous lawsuit if he didn't have proof from witnesses that Britney is an incompetent mother. Plus her parents are siding with him -- which has got to be a pretty major indication of Britney's mothering skills.

I also bet he saw a lot of bad mothering behavior first-hand when the two of them were still lving together.

I wish some of her fans would try to look at this objectively instead of blindly defending her.

Yes, Kevin spent Britney's money while they were together and he was married with kids when they started getting together so he is not totally without fault here. But Britney pursued him, not the other way around. She knew he didn't have any money. I also suggest that her nutty behavior drove him away, so I can hardly blame him for trying to escape that nightmare when he was going out all the time.

48. What has she done wrong that you know as fact and not something said by people that have a bone to pick with her? Just because she sucks on lollipops everyone says they are drug pops because it's entertainment to get you through your boring day.

Just because she had bad taste in clothes and goes out when the boys are at Kevin's does not make her unfit. I'm not understanding why everyone is happy about someone losing their kids, esp. when the accuser stands to become a multi millionaire if he gets his way.

49. How sad for those poor boys. Abuse isn't limited to the physical, if the tabloids are to be believed she's guilty of neglect as well as emotional and verbal abuse. I just hope it's all settled before the boys are old enough to be aware of and remember what's going on. All children crave, need and should have the comfort and stability of a secure childhood, not being dragged off on a whim by their parents to God knows where and be witness to raging battles between their parents.

51. Brits whole deal lately with her worthless husband, showing her crotch, partying all hours of the day, has just been too much. I was going to crack on her, but she's doing a great job herself. I just hope that her mother gets the kids and not K-Fart, because he's just as worthless as she is.

53. There is a section of the Welfare and Institutions Code that permits children to be made dependents of the court for EMOTIONAL ABUSE. It is not used often, as those allegations are often difficult to prove. It may not be hard at all, in this case.

CPS are just idiots and i like to call them child abusers themselves since they like to rip families apart for no good reason. most of the case workers were abused by their own screwed up families so they like to and enjoy taking it out on normal people . screw em.

59. If Britney parents can set aside their differences for the better good of these two innocent children then so should Britney and Kevin. Children really do become affected by divorce and parental authority. While it is true the media can be manipulated to either one's advantage, instead of Britney getting photographed dipping into the ocean with underwear or going out every night she should use this crucial time to focus on her being a "Better Mother". Its rather selfish of her to focus on her Career and her "comeback" at the VMA's. She is going through a custody battle and should be thinking about her "comeback" as a good mother. Money is always an issue in any divorce. Point to me at which couple doesn't fight about this. This all boils down to plain and simple immaturity and selfishness on both ends.

60. Britney use to have K-Feds daughter all the time REMEMBER those pictures. She was taking of her and shopping with her and K-Fed was out partying. How soon we forget, she was good enough to take his kids with Shar when he was out of town
