16. OMG..He is doing this to get a another trial. This a.hole is going to turn aroud and say he didn't get a fair trial. I hope to god they keep it off the telivision...this trial has gone on way to long and it has to be one of the most boring dramas on court tv

22. I love his music productions....but he pulled a gun on John Lennon too and Johnny Ramone as well. Still he is my favorite producer. He did it no doubt. But Cal-i-devil-fornia will let him walk.

It is very sad that a man with his position think he can just kill someone who is a decent lovely person wanting to survive and be a honest citizen and to think he can get away with it ,I would and I am sure everyone would show respect towards him by comming forward and admitting to his guilt and face the penalty he deserves.

25. Spector has been living fine and even marrying a much younger woman for 4 years by stalling, changing lawyers and doing eveything he can to avoid going to trial. Why was he allowed to postpone the trial for 4 years? I agree with his son who said he was spending all his money on lawyers so he didn't have to give it to Lana's family in a wrongful death civil suit.

27. I took a leave of absence from work this summer to spend time with my grandkids and get some much needed rest . Anyway I ended up watching almost all of the trial. Cutler cross examined ONE of the four women who came forward to say that Phil Spector held them at gunpoint against their will at his home when they tried to leave. Cutler screamed and browbeat the witness until the judge stepped in and said in no uncertain terms that witness were NOT treated that way in courtroom and Cutler had BETTER knock it off. That night Cutler went to the ER and the trial was delayed for a week while he "recouperated." Many other attorneys said he was a big cry baby and was staying away until everyone sort of forgot about his bad behavior and to make the jury feel sorry for him about his unspecified ailment. Then he takes 2 weeks off to film a reality tv show and has only been back about a week. Linda Kenny-Boddin was always supposed to give the closing arguments and Spector told the judge that he could not go on without Boddin when she was sick because she was far more inportant to him and his defense that Cutler. If this is a strategic move I am certain it willnot cause a mistrial. Spector is a nut and although I AM ALMOST SURE IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, but he pulled the trigger that killed Ms. Clarkson.

Cutlers magic stopped in the early 90's..this guy is living off Gotti wins that were suspected of the jury being bought or threatened, not any fancy legal work on Cutlers part...heck Gotti died in prison so what good did it ultimatley do him, even if Cutler wasnt allowed to defend him the last time.

Hollywood must have really gotten to Bruce, gets out there and than signs up for another TV Trial program.

Well one good thing, the judge made it clear to Phil that with this change of lawyers, Spector cannot later on if found guilty claim bad representation of counsel, given he is the one who is supposedly making the change.

Soon Phil it will all come to an end...based on what I saw and heard sir, you will not return home when the jury declares their verdict. And any sentence rendered will in all likelihood given your physical and mental condition be a Death Sentence.

Do please enjoy your weirdness these last days...soon you will enter a weirdness your feeble mind cant even conceive of.
