Hulk Hogan's son Nick was just released from a Florida hospital following last night's car crash, which critically injured his passenger.
Seventeen-year-old Hogan crashed his Toyota Supra around 7:30 PM yesterday, according to police in Clearwater. Hogan was allegedly speeding when he lost control and hit a raised median, causing the car to crash into a palm tree.
John J. Graziano, 22, who was in the car with Hogan at the time of the crash, remains in critical condition at the Bayfront Medical Center.
Clearwater Police spokesman Wayne Shelor said the crash remains under investigation, but that alcohol isn't believed to have played a part.

Why is everyone saying lawsuit? What do you think insurance is for.... It's not going to cost the Hogan family any money, it will just cause everyones rates to go up.

I hope Nick and his passenger have a speedy recovery. I hope he learned his lesson here. I know his family cares and loves him very much. They should put their foot down now and make him save fast cars and racin until after he is 21. After this Nick should understand. My prayers go out to you and your family. You seem like good people. Nick was arrested in Pinellas County on 8/10/2007 for Unlawful Speed/Work Area and Driver Fail To Wear Seat Belt. He or daddy paid a $72.50 fine for the Seatbelt violation however he is scheduled to be arrainged on 9/1/2007 in Pinellas County on the remaining charge. I see has not yet been charged with any violations for his latest stunt of stupidity.
Also the area where he was apparently racing is a very curvey road with lots of stop lights and heavy heavy beach traffic as that is only a couple miles from Clearwater Beach. and it is in the vicinity of the Pinellas County Courthouse.

it seems the only negative people are those that don't have money and want it bad!! What a worthless turd. Does this worthless turd even go to school? At least Brooke is trying to stand on her own two feet with her music career, but Nick the worthless turd doesn't seem to have any kind of skills or even go to school. I watched a couple episodes of their lame show, but got fed up with watching the worthless turd (Nick) spend money on his cars, then ask to do "drifitng", and all kinds of other stuff that worthless turds ask to do when they are young and dumb. His parents should make the worthless turd go to school and stand on his own two feet....oh by the way...did I mention that I think he's a worthless turd?

I mentioned lawsuit because that is the way it works in today's society. While their insurance company will pay, the fact remains I will be shocked if they aren't sued....especially if the injuries require longterm care.
I hope everyone recovers. I am a parent of a 22 and 20 year old-I know how foolish kids can be, and the poor choices they make. However, I would never, ever dream of allowing a 17 year old kid to drive that kind of a car. That is asking for trouble.

i've been watching the show hogan knows best because of the sterotyping, girl can't go to the restroom without a parent looking in. while boy is incouraged to do what ever and with whom ever. he shows what a punk is.

I agree with you L, but I'm sure as a parent, had they known, Hulk and expecially Linda would of said "ain't happening" ........right now it could of been Nickky sitting in the passenger side and Johnny driving..........they both should of known better, but at 17? and 22?
unfortunately they think they are invinceable!!!!!! And at that age they don't expect the worst or getting caught, only caught in the moment, but knowing Linda and Terry, as good of a family and foundation strong as they are, Nick won't be riding anything let a lone a bicycle for a long long time...............I just pray for all families comcerned, money cannot replace a persons life,.........I'd rather stay Poor!!! And any loving parent would feel the same as I'm sure that the Hulkster would give every dime to keep his family and any persons family safe, MONEY IS NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU, but family is everything and I believe this w/ the Hogans. Really when the driver is speeding i dont care what happens to him! What about the poor INNOCENT people on the road???!! What about the passenger??? And what about the tree that he ran over! those are all MUCH more important than the idoit that thought the speed limit was a suggestion.
PS i also feel for his parents, no parents deserve to go through that type of fear.
