Taking into account the last twelve months, anyone could have seen Nick Hogan's high speed car crash coming -- from a mile away! *beep, beep* Get out the way!
Since September 2006 17-year-old Nicky has been busted three times for unlawful speeding, and gotten four points on his license! Nick has been caught doing 115 mph in 70 mile zone, 57 in a 30, and 106 in a 70! Quite a record for someone who only got their license last year!
TMZ caught darling Nicky last December outside the Ivy restaurant, peeling out of a spot in his brand new Viper -- as his proud mama Linda looked on. If Nick keeps it up, he could grow up to be the next Lindsay Lohan!

I saw him on the Hogan family show. I seriously thought he had learning disabilitys. He seems slow witted.

real parents would have taken his license away on the first ticket. what kind of parents would give a 17 year old a $80,000 car with over 500 horsepower? if hulk spent a little more time with his son instead of worry so much who is going to pop brooke's cherry maybe this last accident wouldnt have happened

The problem is he is a 17 year old guy who just like every other 17 yr. old thinks they are invincible. Compiled with his "drifting' I'm sure he felt like superman. Unfortunatly 17 yr olds don't always use the best judgement. His family seems like a loving involved family, but it is unfortunate that if he did infact have all these tickets just since getting his lisence that His Dad and mom didn't take away his driving privilages until he matured. Hulk will be in some deep water if this other boy dies or is permantly injured. What a shame. prayers out to this other boys family.

I just watched the video with this article. That is ridiculous. i really like the Hogan family, but after the incident last night and watching this video I think Hulk and his wife have a lot of explaining to do to a lot of people. And linda said in the video that Nick bought the car himself with his own money. How stupid is that of those parents to allow a 17 yr old boy to buy a Viper?!

I hope that this experiece will serve to teach this whole family something...about being responsible not only as a driver but also to the parents. Take away the car and have the license revoked. He needs to mature before getting back on the road with the rest of us. I am praying for all involved. May God help you all.

Hopefully next time he will die in a fiery crash and spare the rest of the driver on the road. Celebs feel like they can get away with ANYTHING. But like EVERYONE else if they slam their car 106 MPH they will burn, fry, melt , and die the same as you and me. HAPPY TRAILS LOSER!

Take away the keys, take away the cars, take away the priviliges until he is old enough to understand and appreciate them. Get him a job at McDonalds full time for a year so he understands the value of a dollar and what it's like in the real world then he might figure out how lucky he is and not take everything for granted.

I cant help but feel sorry for hulk hogan, he was very successful himself, and he is a wonderful husband and father. Or tries, If you watch his show, he is very sencere about his family, Brook wants to be Brit Spears...he pulls strings...Nick wanted to be a race car dealer...he pulls strings...linda wants to get in shape...he offers to be her personal trainer. He treats them very well.... maybe to well?

In his ridiculous, immature, and unguided quest to become the next best thing in the racing community....Nick whatever his name is has unequivocally proven to all of America that he is a reckless, careless, rich kid that just so happens to also be the worst driver in the country who has no regard for the lives he is endangering when he wants to go for a joyride! Prayers go out to the poor family whose child is hurt. A judge should take away his license and mommy & daddy should spring for his bus pass!

1) Florida DOT should be sued for allowing this kid to keep his license. Obviously, daddy paid someone off otherwise he wouldn't have a license according to Florida law.
2) Since the kid is undeer 18 the parents would be sued. And I hope for a lot! Maybe that will teach them to start teaching their kids.
3) I agree with a lot of posts from above. These kids need a college education. They do not posses the talents they think they have.

You shouldn't be so shocked that Linda Hogan said that in this public statement.
If the injured passenger in the car -- and/or his family -- chooses to sue there wouldn't be much incentive to do so when the person you'd be trying to get money out of is a 17 yr-old kid that doesn't have a job/source of employment. However, if the car Nick was was driving was owned by his very rick father Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan) there could be a very large financial opporunity awaiting the vicitm and his family, providing incentive for them to file a lawsuit.
I'm sure this kids family already has a bunch of slimey lawyers all other them telling them to sue. It really is a sick sue-happy society we live in.
May they heal from the injuries and be well.
