She has enough money to raise a child on her own. She doesn't need his money.

Why should she give him his last name ? He dumped her, and went immediately off with someone else . Doesn't sound like he gave her much support during the pregnancy.

It's not that she's dissing him so much as he dissed her first. You wouldn't want her to act like a doormat, now would you ?

The funny thing is, I think this is going to make her look more attractive in Tom's eyes. Some men like it when women stand up to them and act independent
It looks to me like Bundchen has been acting clingy and insecure. That is not gonna be appealing to Brady - unless he's an idiot. Which, come to think of it, he may well be.

19. OKkkk.. That DUMB biotch is OUT of HER MIND! How do you guys know Tom left her for Gisele? They had broken up before in the past and NO-ONE but those know what caused their demise.. That baby should have it's dads last name.. At least Hyphenated.. Moynahan-Brady.. After all he is the one that will be supporting the little guy.. Bridgette WHO??

25. They are one half-decent laywer away from a :30 paternity hearing that will result in BM being court-ordered to change the baby's last name to Brady - if he is the father.

26. The baby automatically takes the mothers name when born. If he wants the baby to have his name he has to fill out paternity papers and ask to change it. This happened with my son. His father and I weren't married so he took my name.

27. Brady was just the sperm donor which does not make him a father. He openly rejected this child well-before he was born. Brady has no say in how this child is named. If he wants this baby to bear his name, then he needs to bear the responsibility of being a true father -- and not just a name on the birth certificate.
