Jason WahlerSomeone's movin' on! Fresh from rehab and a jail stint, former "Laguna Beach" cast member Jason Wahler is making another positive change -- he's getting married!

Wahler's rep confirms to TMZ that Jason proposed last weekend to his USC tennis star girlfriend, Katja Decker-Sadowski. We're told he picked out the four-carat (holla!) emerald cut diamond ring at XVI Karat in Beverly Hills. Take that Spencer and Heidi!

The two, who have been dating for roughly six months (an eternity in MTV reality show years!), recently started shackin' in Los Angeles. They have not set a date.

Oh god, I can picture Wahler right now a year after the wedding piss drunk , dressed in a wife beater shirt with the Confederate flag on the front, with dirty denim jeans, a baseball cap with an expletive on the front. He will be sitting in front of the TV, on the couch, screaming at a 6 month pregnant Katja to get him another beer. When she tells him they are no more beers, he will throw the remote control at her, and call her a b**ch. Next he will yell racial slurs at his hired help, and blame them for drinking up all of his Budweisers.

45. The saddest thing about The Hills and the whole pack of losers in it is that we're forced to watch it because there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE WORTH WATCHING ON TV!!!

I was channel surfing last night and ended up watching some meaningless conversation between some rich brats that have no talent or personality because every other channel had something even worse on. Half the time those morons are just blankly staring at each other while the latest tune from Fergie or frickin Nelly Furburger is playing in the background.

Seriously, are the cable channels and free to air channels just trying to bore their audience to death?!!
