34. i do believe vito is an idiot for touching the girls...period. but i believe bam. and also, if those girls took pics and stood in line so long, what does that say??? it means they are just after money...and i'm sure its bam's money cuz how much could is uncle make?? i bet bam paid the bail. police need to go out and get the REAL child predators...this guy wasnt lookin to touch some teenage girls...some teens look older than their age. not that it excuses his behavior. but i dont believe he's any kind of predator...a pervert maybe. but i bet he wont do it again.

35. So he was at a mall type event and touched a few young girls playing around, acting up for the camera(s), touching their clothed butts and other area's. Big deal, its not like he pulled a Rob lowe and made a sex tape with a 16 year old. Most places in this World have their legal age of consent set at 16 years, some like Canada and Iceland its 14. Ok so the latter are a little sick, but the point is this is blown way over-board.

41. How can you be sure that he actually did anything? Noone even considers that possibly this is a scam perpitrated by the girls or the parents of the girls? Maybe he brushed against them and they decided to sue. There are a million possibilites. let the courts figure it out and hopefully justice will be served. Why do you all feel the need to trash someone on allegations you know nothing about?

43. IMO the person to blame is the mother of the girl standing there taking pictures. wtf. what kind of parent would put their child in that kind of situation unless they were looking for a big pay day; ohh look at us were victims...boo hoo.
Sure Vito is a sick sob but that doesn't necessarily make him a molester. Wait till the trial before you judge...it would not be the first time someone lied to try to get paid. The mother of the girls is probably bummed that MTV didn't offer an out of court settlement.
All I know is it's a good thing this mother of the girls doesn't have boys, b/c she would probably drop them off at Michael's ranch.
