TMZ has obtained three traffic citations Nick Hogan received in the last year -- and he's only had a license for one year ... AND that doesn't even include this week's crash. Go speed racer, go!

In the first incident, on Sept. 17, 2006, Nick was pulled over for doing 115 mph in a 70 mph zone. That's not even close! He completed traffic school for that one.

For his second offense, Hogan (real name Nicholas Allan Bollea) was clocked doing 57 in a 30. Ha, child's play! And for his third bust, the little Hulkster was clocked doing 106 in a 70.

Apparently, he never learned.

4. Love his mother's comment, Nick's biggest concern at this time is for his friend, who is in critical condition. Hmmnnn, he didn't seem to be concerned at all about his friend while he was BREAKING THE LAW.

7. My son is 16 and just driving. WHAT is going on with this kid's parents? Don't they understand that "THEY" control the keys?? My son has STRICT rules regarding his driving priveleges. First speeding ticket and he's back to taking the bus for at least six months...
DISGUSTING that another child is still in the hospital all because this kid's parents couldn't take his keys away after the FIRST speeding ticket, let alone, THREE. And puh-leeze...don't tell me he's a trained race car driver ((huge eye roll)). If he were so well trained he wouldn't be driving that way on PUBLIC roads where the rest of us, and our kids, travel. Egads...This is pitiful parenting at it's worst.

13. And why did this kid even still have a license. In my state a kid can be 16 and drive, but two tickets would have revoked the driving privilidges until 18. If a third ticket was issued, especially with continued very excessive speed even at the 18 license would be suspended. How did this terrible accident even become possible?

Obviously this young man is respondible for his actions here, but so is the local traffic court.
