TMZ has obtained three traffic citations Nick Hogan received in the last year -- and he's only had a license for one year ... AND that doesn't even include this week's crash. Go speed racer, go!

In the first incident, on Sept. 17, 2006, Nick was pulled over for doing 115 mph in a 70 mph zone. That's not even close! He completed traffic school for that one.

For his second offense, Hogan (real name Nicholas Allan Bollea) was clocked doing 57 in a 30. Ha, child's play! And for his third bust, the little Hulkster was clocked doing 106 in a 70.

Apparently, he never learned.

I really used to like this family but after watching yeaterdays video clip of Nick in that Viper and after learning of all of his speeding infractions I personally find it very insulting and ridiculous that this boy is still on the road. i want to know what responsibility the local police and the FHP and Nick's parents take for this. Why should all of us Florida residents have our life be put in danger because of this smart alleck kid that no one can seem to get under control. Hulk needs to make a public statement as to his responsibility with this boy.

18. He should be charged and his license should be taken away. It's not entirely his fault though, and I hope all the world realizes that. (as if the entire world REALLY cares about Hogan Boy) His parents gave him more than one VERY powerful car and let him loose like speedracer to joy ride. Slap them on the wrists right before you rip the kids license up.

22. Oh, he'll stop driving so fast after he kills someone. That always does it.

Then he will be whisked away to "rehab" and then do the "talk to high school kids about irresponsible driving" bit for a year.

It seems like this is all normal behavior if you are the child of a celebrity!

24. He's lucky to be alive. I hope they take his license away for at least a year and make him give speeches to young teenagers getting ready to drive about the dangers of speeding.
I worry he will hurt or even kill other people with his lead foot. You'd think even if the courts don't take away his driving priv. his parents will. Stay tuned to this train wreck of a family.

26. Give the kid a break! You are some harsh judging people. What ever happened to...."I am so thankful that he is alive and hope and pray for the other guy. Love to the Bollea family and all involved." You all sound llike a bunch of bitter jealous folks to me....Mmmmm...wonder what your track record looks like?!

28. Any parent that gets their kid (a speed demon nontheless) a car like that for a first car is just itching for something like this to happen. Stupid kid could have killed someone. I think Hulk should spend a little less time worrying about who his trampy manchild of a daughter is dating spend more time focusing of the stupidity of his sons need for speed. Didn't Hulk put a GPS tracking system in his daughters car to track who, where and how fast she was going? WTF? Does he not care about what his son is doing?
I hope they all learned a lesson from this before someone gets killed.

29. Living down the street from them is no picnic either. Although Nick has been pulled over a few times there are more times he is not. You always know when Nick is back home from some trip because you see him racing down the street, all hours of the day and night. His father needs to stop being his friend and start treating him like he treats brooke, you know, in that "fatherly" way!! Linda tries, but with Terry desperately trying to be his pal, Nick gets away with way to much stuff!!

30. Again I ask why hasn't the State of Florida, Department of Public Safety REVOKED Nick's driver's license? Two times going in excess of 100MPH? One time should've been an automatic year's suspension....I guess Florida is waiting for young Mr. Nick to actually GASP kill someone before they revoke his driving's privileges....Its time Florida, its time to yank that license and send good ole Nicky a message....

Of course if his brute of a father didn't have a double standard between his son and his daughter this wouldn't of happened...if Nick didn't have the thing between his legs like good ole Hulk does he would've been smothered like Brooke has been, but instead, the male bonding in the Hogan household takes place with Nick getting away with everything and doing exactly what he wants when he wants...the kid doesn't respect anyone, he's never been reigned in, and like someone said above too bad Hulk wasn't more of a father to Nick like he was with Brooke, instead he's always wanted to be Nick's BFF...

You're lucky your kid isn't dead Hulk...his irresponsible actions have caused one man to be critically injured, and while it may cost you a few million in lawsuits at least FOR NOW your lazy, irresponsible twerp of a son is still alive.

Stop being his BFF and start being a FATHER! 1st action, ground the kid and take away any semblence of driving privileges he has (I don't trust the state of Florida to do it, if they haven't done it already I guess they feel Nick is immune), and again be a PARENT! Or the next time you might be visiting your kid in the morgue....
