TMZ has obtained three traffic citations Nick Hogan received in the last year -- and he's only had a license for one year ... AND that doesn't even include this week's crash. Go speed racer, go!

In the first incident, on Sept. 17, 2006, Nick was pulled over for doing 115 mph in a 70 mph zone. That's not even close! He completed traffic school for that one.

For his second offense, Hogan (real name Nicholas Allan Bollea) was clocked doing 57 in a 30. Ha, child's play! And for his third bust, the little Hulkster was clocked doing 106 in a 70.

Apparently, he never learned.

61. wgy is this kid still driving? at that age my and with all those tickets my mom would have taken my license after the first ticket. what is hulk doing during all this? you notice i don't mention linda. after watching the show you can see who that kid listens to. no one. if linda says anything he just smarts off to her, and she lets him. hulk doesn't say anything to him about the way he treats his mom. i guess he is just sitting back saying he's just a boy. nu one he should be smacked in the mounth for the way he speaks to his mom. nu two the license should be taken away util he is 18. hulk should be smacked down for the way he allows nick to spk/to his mom. poor brooke is watched like a hawk, and nick smarts off to her also. he is a little jerk, and i would love to have him w/me for a wk. he would come back a different person. if he can't show his mom and sister respect, how can you expect him to show the law respect. hulk get w/it and make this kid start obeying the law, and show his mom and sister respect. he shows you respect.

62. You know I had a step son who had this had kind of history. Unfortunately his FAther was unable to show any kind of discipline. He had numeroous accidents speeding tickets it was awful. At 21 he crashed a motorcycle and was pronounded dead on the scene. Very sad. It is a shame when parents cannot for whatever reasons discipline there kids. They just run amuck and ruin there lives.

63. Do you think your popularity gives you the right to let your kid stay on the road?? If that was my son, He would have had his license pulled after the first violation. Tough guy Hulkster-smarten up. Your son is screwed the rest of his life-you better go back to the rink-your gonna need the money, pal!! Get a good attorney.. You better hope that young man doesnt die-God forbid...Like MJ said-I have to ask myself-"what kind of parenting skills are here", I noticed on the reality show that Brooke always got treated different than Nick-He got away with murder-SHAME ON YOU....

64. Its been two days and the cops still have not ticketed this punk so the payoff has been done again so expect him to be at it again

Just think a Viper costs around $70,000, the supra japcrap cost over $110,000 and just think of the insurance costs.

It is clear someone in that city is dirty and taking payoffs to keep this fruit out of jail and keeping his drivers license.

67. If you ever watch their show none of the people in this family EVER wear their seatbelts.

Seems a few people need to pay some fines and do some PSA's and wear their frickn' seatbelts and slow the hell down...

70. Sick of those people and the dumb show. Time to revoke that FDL, deep fines and punishment. I could care less at this point what happens to him but do hope he does not kill someone while driving. SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE RACE TRACK AND ANY TEAM!

Every teenager goes through making mistakes even to this magnitude,it's not the parents fault,if this was your friend or family you'd be praying these kids and their families will be ok and learn from this....it's hard enough in this world without all the outrage just because this is a high profile family.

The problem I have with this whole thing is the fact that you made public information concerning a MINOR! It is one thing to post public files of adults, but juveniles get special treatment under the law. As an attorney, you should know better than that.

I am sure that Terry Bollea will deal with this situation.

75. The reason he still has a license and the reason he is still on the roadways, is because THEY HAVE MONEY! They're too worried about promoting the next Hulk Hogan product or promoting Brooke's singing career or fighting over Linda's mid life crisis to care what this kid is doing! Once he actually kills someone in one of these high speed thrill rides (and with his friend still in critical condition it may have already happened), his parents will wake up. Unfortunately by then his life (and the lives of those he kills) will be ruined. I hope all the extra fame and fortune was worth it Hogans! (or Bolleas or whoever you really are)
