Cops: Second Car Involved in Hogan Crash

31. There are many Vipers in Miami. I own one myself. No one knows how quickly Hulk Hogan arrived on the scene. The accident happened, the police and rescue team had to arrive on the scene, then Nick and his friend had to be cut out of the car. By that time Hulk can surely arrive on the scene because someone would let him know that his son was in an accident. You all need to give the man the benefit of the doubt. Many people think that just because people are celebrities, it makes them non-human. Nick is not the only teenager with a bad driving record and he is not the only one that crashed a car while driving recklessly.

I can't read lips, and the audio from TMZ : Hulk Muscles his way to scene, is not loud enough, but it appears that Hulk is being questioned and he is pointing to the street...as if to say which direction etc...as the clip ends, one of the safety personel says "they can't have it, just so you know"

Hmmm...I wish TMZ could amplify that tape.

35. #30 Sara - The crash was not in Miami, so it really doesn't matter how many Vipers are in Miami. The crash was in an area I lived in for several years w/o seeing many Vipers.

37. I thought it was rather strange that Hulk appeared at the crash site so soon after it happened. If a call wasn't made to 911, and was heard by a cop who was close by, then how did he find out about it?

39. What if the Hulk was just checking to see if Nick would behave and drive sensibly or if he really would race if offered a chance? With it being dark out Nick wouldn't be able to tell if it was his dad or not. Hulk invades his kids privacy but only to keep them out of trouble and on the right path. But if so, then why didn't Hulk stop the street race before it was out of control, pulled Nick over, and took his car away for good instead of risking such an awful accident? I just pray for the families and the boy with him.

40. Then again I just noticed it was pretty light outside still, the car pics were taken when it was dark, sorry. Possibly someone else was driving the car Nick didn't recognize and won't come clean about it, just odd his father has the same car, I just wonder Hulk's Viper was at during the accident?

41. it's a shame-that was a great looking car, and it probably ran well too. on a serious note none of us were there so we can't say what happened. but i will agree- u DON'T give a 17 yr old kid a 750 hp car....even if he is a pro drifter.u can control a track but immaturity and street don't mix...apparently.

43. I think the fact that the police been pretty silent to all this is a really bad sign for Nick. As if maybe thery're waiting to see the outcome of the friend's situation to determine all the charges. I think Nick is in serious, serious, trouble with the law.

Re-read the article, It says that they spoke to the driver, it says that Hulk Hogan isn't a suspect for being the driver... but it doesn't say that the police are saying that the Silver Viper wasn't the Hogan's Silver Viper that Nick has been seen driving around town. Nick use to have two Supra's a Yellow one and a Red one, he know longer has the red one the viper might have been Nick's replacement. I haven't heard of anyone other than Nick in the Hogan family using the Silver Viper.

What have the police said? They've said that they have spoken to the driver of the Silver Viper and that this Driver was not Hulk Hogan... what they haven't said is who is the owner of the Silver Viper. Could be Nick's or it could be someone else's either way it will all come out in the end and we will know one way or another.

45. When I was a teenager, if I couldn't controll myself, my keys were taken away and I rode the school but or the city bus! Obviously that doesn't apply if your the Hulk's son, hell, apparently you can do whatever the hell you want when your the Hulk's son.

So, since his parents refuse to parent, I hope the courts will, sad as that is. Maybe some jail time for him and big fat law suit for his parents will give the whole Hee Haw gang the slap in the face they obviously need!
