Hogan's Injured Buddy Just Back From Iraq

John Graziano, Nick HoganThe Nick Hogan car crash gravely injured a US Marine who served two tours of duty in Iraq, returning just last October.

The St. Petersburg Times reported today that John Graziano, Nick's friend and passenger, joined the corps after graduating in 2003, serving twice in Iraq. The marine is still in "very serious condition," and his health status "hasn't changed since he arrived" at the hospital early Sunday morning. One of the men who found Graziano at the scene was the brother of one of Graziano's best friends.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- God forbid -- worst case scenario, Nick Hogan could face charges of gross vehicular manslaughter, if there's proof that alcohol, excessive speeding or drag racing were involved. The maximum sentence is 15 years in prison.

Witnesses told the Times that they saw Hogan's Toyota racing a Dodge Viper just before the crash.

226. Many reports are stating that the Dodge Viper Nick was racing belonged to & driven by Hulk Hogan himself, how's that for a fatherly example? You can tell how they are from that stupid, fake "not reality at all" show of theirs. Daddy Hogan was there instantly at the wreck site & they happen to own a silver Viper like the one seen racing with Nick. Nick has stated in interviews before that he races his daddy, mommy & sister in their cars all the time...well there you go. Father of the year is up for grabs. It's never the idiot driving that gets hurt. They should pay big for this one.

227. Nick has always come across as a concieted, overbearing little smart-ass! And he has this attitude because his parents have ALLOWED and ENCOURAGED this behaviour! This family treats service workers like trash, where ever they go, and they really think that they are "above" most people! When you raise your kids like that, this is what happens, because they have no concept of decency or feel that they have to follow the law, like the rest of us! Hulk's silver viper was spotted racing with Nick's car just MOMENTS before the crash, and amazingly, Hulk was ON THE SCENE of the crash within minutes, before authorities were even there! So HUlk, are YOU as guilty as your son for this tragedy? Were YOU the one he was racing with?

228. The best way for everyone to voice their disgust with Nick Hogan's horrific driving record and his catastrophic accident is to boycott VH-1's "Hogan Knows Best" reality television show. As a viewer I have vowed never to watch The Hogan's show again. This will certainly send a message to the advertisers of the show that we do not condone Nick's behavioral problems, horrible driving record and lack of parental control.

229.
Nick its time to grow up and take responsibility for your actions. At 17, the only racing you should be doing is on a race track not on a public street. I would still charge him if I was the Clearwater police department. He needs to be held accountable for his stupid stunts. Stop being a spoiled rich kid.

234. i dont understand why he didnt get his license taken away the first time he was going over 100. that is just stupid and now look he was once again racing and now he has his friend in the hosp in crital condition most likely with head injuries or prob even internal injuries. i dont think he should be able to be at home watching tv and getting babied by mommy and daddy. im sure he didnt meaqn to hit a tree but im sure he wasnt thinking anything could happen to him either. 17 is way to young to have a car going that fast and way to young to start racing a car with out being responsible. when i was 17 i had a used car and if i was pulled over once my car would have been sold and my family has money.
nick you have alot of growning up to do and so does your family. my prayers are with john and his family!!!

235. Hey Anon post #77, You also need to shut your pie-hole of mis-information. The reason there have not been any charges filed if there will be, is because the investigation is still pending. Not because of celebrity status. I agree if charges are file he may not get off. It's not who you are, it's how much money you have to retain the best legal councel money can buy. There isn't one person who has posted here who can say if they were in the Hogan's position and had the money to do so, wouldn't hire the best, for themselves or their kids. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but it damn sure is reality, and everyone here knows it!!!
