Sometimes the body takes a while to fix repair and recover from the shockit has taken. Let's hope that is what is happening and that charges never have to be filed

19. This moron needs a wake-up call. Throw his sorry ass in jail and permanently revoke his liscence. He is an obvious menace behind the wheel of a car. Hopefully, daddy and mommy will show some tough love and make sure he pays for his errors, but, they probably won't. Unfortunately, he will probably not spend a single day in jail. Just another celebutard loser. Nothing new.

20. ....MY PRAYERS go out to John and his family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....how sad!!!!!!!!!!!!.....brain injurys can take a long time to come back from...but it can be possible....we still don't know his injuries ...PLUS...as long as he is laying in a bed in a hspt he is at risk for pneumonia and hspt infections!!!!!!!!!!!....lets at least hope he is well enough to get into a rehabilitaion centre ASAP if that is needed so he can be away from germs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....POOR GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

22. I hope and pray that John recovers because all the money in the world can not bring
your loved ones back. I thought the Hogan was a better person and as a father he
should have taken away his son's vehicle at the first offence, He could have killed this
guy, who came back safe and sound after serving our country for 2 years. Nick could have killed someone else or himself.

I pray for John and his family that they all be strong and hang in there, John will be ok.
Hulk Hogan you suck! You were too busy watching out for your daughter but you forgot
to teach your son any valueable lessons about speeding, Your son escaped with just minor injuries and John and his family are suffering and you hired a lawyer already to
defend your son. John is someones son too so I hope to start you will get him the best
care and make sure his family are taken care of as they go through this very hard time
emotionally and physically! Show some humanity!

28. Just out of curiosity, if Nick can get 5 - 15 years, why didn't Lane Garrison (I think that's the right name the drunk driver who killed a passanger)? They even said in the article if they can prove alcohol, drag racing or speeding was invloved. I think Nick deserves to fry, even if this soldier doesn't die, but we all no it won't happen. I'm sure he'll get 90 days (if that) just like Lane Garrison. We live in a screwed up society. With all these celebs geting away with murder and drugs and breaking the law. Bob Dylan nailed it on the head when he said "It makes me feel ashamed to live in a land where justice is a game".

29. This was an Accident. Im sure that nobody intended for anyone to get hurt. Since everyone that is posting here is a SAINT, let me be the first one to say, these things do happen and its horrible. Just pray that John comes out of this with nothing but a bad memory and Nick learns that that kind of drving is for the track.
