77. To Justin and others with it was just an accident. Yes I agree Nick did not go out of his way to get up and decide to wrap a car around a palm tree. But you are responsible for your actions and he has a bad driving record for someone who has had a license for one year. He is responsible...he was drag racing, there are witnesses, he lost control and now a 22 year old man is in the hospital. Yeah this was an accident that should never have happened and it did due to the stupidity of the driver. Justin, wake up and smell the coffee....he may not have meant for it to happen BUT IT DID AND HE IS RESPONSIBLE. I truly hope that the Florida justice system does not let the ordinary citizens down and that Nick is prosecuted to the full extent of the law, as a minor or as an adult if possible. If his daddy wasn't the big time Hulk Hogan, he sure as hell would be shaking in his boots...or if it was you Justin, you know your ass would be grass. Wake up people and stop feeling so sorry for Nick...there are consequences to pay for your actions in this world.

79. #62....Hulk and Linda keep a tight reign on Brooke, but they don't do a thing when it comes to Nick. I've watched some eps, like the one when they were on vacation, and they jump all over Brooke for wanting to explore, but never jump on Nick. I believe this is the ep where Nick explains because he has the "male appendage" he gets to do what he wants, and he's right.

The victim is John Graziano. Thank you John for serving your country, I'm sorry that because of Nick's irresponsible behaviour that you may have suffered permanent brain damage. The one who should've suffered the brain damage is Nick, not his passenger, but of course that's the norm...the moronic person who causes the accidents always seems to pretty much walk away, as in this case.

To all of those who say that the rest of us have sped at one time or another, yeah you are probably right. However, I guarantee you most of us haven't been clocked going well in excess of 100MPH (and not on only one occasion, l'il Nicky has been clocked in excess of 100MPH more than once) nor do we drag race on a city/public street.

Hulk himself is responsible, due to his double standards with his children. He's a parent to Brooke, too much so where he smothers her, but is a BFF to Nick, and doesn't give him any punishments or discipline at all. Just watch the episodes, you'll see what a spoiled, arrogant, smug, little je*k Nick is.....

He should've been reigned in a long time ago....he should LOSE his license for a very very long time (why the State of Florida hasn't revoked it yet is beyond me) and let's hope that good ole' Hulkster can't BUY his and Nick's way out of this one. If nothing happens, the next time the Hogan's might be visiting Nick in the morgue, and hopefully he won't take anyone else with him.

Nick needs to be held accountablefor his actions...Also, Linda and Hulk need to take some responsibilty for letting him even drive again after 3 driving violations...Hopefully, his license will be suspended indefinitely. Looks like they will have a major lawsuit on their hands.. Maybe they will tighten the noose on Nick and let up on Brooke..He seems to need more supervision than her.

85. Alright, he's 22 and hanging out with a 17 year old? How odd is that, i mean ya if they were family i could see it. But, the only reason John is hanging out with nick is prolly for Hogans Money. Also, i'm sure he doesn't mind driving around in supra's and vipers at all. I highly doubt nick was "racing", seeing as you never have two people in the car when you drag race and i highly doubt, john pleaded with nick to slow down when going that fast. I believe he was probably encouraging Nick to go faster!

How can you say nick's a celeberity? What makes him a celeberity because his father wrestled in WWF, WCW, and WWE? That makes nick a celeberity? Calling nick a celeberity a stupid, he hasn't done nothing to make himself a celeberity. On the other hand, i can see Brooke being labled a celeberity. Since after all she's a Singer. Nicks just a professional drifter, nothing big he's not really a celeberity.

86. You think it's only celebs that get off? Think again. I know some losers who get busted for drugs over and over. Theft, more drugs, etc...and a slap on the wrist over and over. I want them thrown in jail for a long time....but it never happens.

90. I didn't read where the friend was forced into the vehicle. Yes it's sad but come on folks there has to be some accountabilty. He was street racing (for that he should be held accountable) and his friend was okay with it or he would not have been in the car. (he too should be held accountable) I pray he is okay but it took two.
