Cop Warns Hogan in Dash Cam Video

Nick Hogan was pulled over for speeding by police in Pinellas Park, Fla. on August 10, and the incident was caught on a police cruiser dashboard camera. Whatcha gonna do?!

Hogan, who has received three other citations in addition to this incident, was pulled over around 10:30 AM on a stretch of U.S. Highway 19. The officer can be heard saying, "Going 82 miles per hour in a 45, that's an issue, ok? That's a problem." More so than he even realized.

Hogan, who was in a spectacular car wreck on August 26 that has left his friend John Graziano in critical condition, is scheduled to appear in a St. Petersburg court on September 10 to answer the speeding charge.

33. Why didnt Hulk take away his car after the second speeding ticket. Everyone says Nick is in big trouble ! I say both Nick and his Father are in big trouble. Nick for the accident and Hulk for being such a loser parent for allowing it to happen. Can anyone say DEEP POCKETS. Nick is only 17, BIG DADDY HULK is fianacially responsible.

34. I hope this incident ends the "celebrity" factor for all the Hogans and there is no more TV money for any of them. Compared to Ozzy's family they are really boring and worthless. No more reality TV paychecks for any of them.Thats for starters.Hopefully the lawsuits that WILL be pending and won will financially get Nick and the entire brood off of all radar screens.Really too bad about the passenger, it should have been Nick !

35. If this spoiled rich kid had to work an $8/hr job to pay for his registration, insurance, fines, tires and repairs then perhaps he would not drive like a reckless idiot. And accrue ticket after ticket while endangering the lives of other motorists. In fact he wouldn't even be able to afford such a fast vehicle to begin with.Daddy will pay his fines and buy him an even faster car.Junior will learn his lesson.

37. the cops are just a stupid as Nick!!!!

Let’s just say I have a terrible driving record." That's Nick (Bollea) Hogan talking in a new Rides magazine interview, obviously done before his recent car accident. Hulk Hogan's son chats happily about the appeal of yellow cars and driving fast.

Here's what he says about one trip from Miami to Tampa: "I got pulled over going 107 (mph) and the guy let me off. He’s like, 'Hey, I know who you are, just keep going, ya know.' Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 (mph). Another highway patrol from the same county said, 'I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I’ma let you go this time. It’s your second warning. You get pulled over again, you’re probably going to go to jail.' Three minutes later, (I was) doing 123 (mph) in a 50 (mph zone). The guy is like, 'Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.' ”

39. I am very confused about why Nick even still had his driver's license. The traffic laws must be really lax in Florida -- no wonder they have such an issue with street racing down there!! I'm from NY, and I know in my state, if you get 3 traffic tickets within 1 year of getting your license - no matter WHAT they are for (ie. you could have 3 tickets for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign, or 3 tickets for going 35 in a 30) then your license is REVOKED (not just suspended) until you are 21 YEARS OLD!!! Do other states have similar laws, or is NY the only one who realizes idiot parents who spoil their kids with powerful, fast cars and pay their tickets for them necessitate the police acting for the benefit of public safety???!!!

40. According to my years of watching "Law & Order", Hogan is holding society for ransom with his RECKLESS DISREGARD FOR OTHERS. He lacks a societally normal "fear response." In fact, he never gets scared. This is but one characteristic one finds in the psychopath (I'm jus' sayin'). His behavior at the very least exhibits sociopathic elements. He has a RECKLESS DISREGARD for others. He shows DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE and an elitist arrogance at the results of his behavior. Most assuredly he is an ADRENALINE FREAK, a very twisted one, unlike PROFESSIONAL race car drivers who limit their "buzz" to the racecourse.

Hogan is the worst kind of scurge to our society because nearly everyone drives. He is out there with HIGH-PRICED, HIGH-POWERED LETHAL WEAPONS. I am hopeful the judge in this case hammers this punk with the full weight of the law and pins him and his ENABLING FATHER to the mat.

41. I just wonder, after 3 or 4 speeding ticket how come they not took Nick driver license away. Now see what's happening to the victim...

42. Lets hope there is no more free TV money for any of the Hogan family.Hopefully the pending lawsuits will bankrupt 'em all.

43. After reading the article I am grinning from ear top ear actually.

I am so happy Rides magazine or whatever it is called published it for the world to see and absorb. Nick tells it like it is - no holds barred. How could it get better??

Oh wait - I just thought of something! -- Namely, the precise moment the judge who who will listening to arguements regarding Nick Bollea-hole's trial reads of the blatent disregard for speed limits and responsible driving...

I hope he loses his license for five years.

44. He has at least 2 other tickets for excessive speeding. Why in the world does this kid still have a license? Or maybe a better question would be why in the world would Hulk and Linda allow this kid to continue to drive, especially a sports car capable of doing 100+ miles per hour? It's pretty obvious that he doesn't respect speed limits or the law. Responsible parents would have taken away his license after the FIRST ticket and the car should have gone bye-bye until he demonstrated that he was mature and responsible enough to drive any car let alone a Supra. The parents are just as much at fault as Nick.

A car can be a deadly weapon if the driver is careless and reckless. This is the case with Nick.

45. He will not get anything for this either. A wreckless driver killed my son and was charged with an improper left turn. Forida does require suspension of license for 1 year when a death is involved. This creep needs to be the one in the hospital
