77. I'm sure Daddy's money will get him out of trouble and he will not learn a lesson like that. He needs to realize that he does not "own the damn road". They need to suspend his driver's license & he needs to sit in jail and think about it. I am absolutely sick of these richass kids getting away with everything. I don't know how critical his friend is but hope he gets at least a little better soon.

80. He spit in the face and made a mockery of the cops that let him go with only a warning for speeding prior to the accident. Three times he disobeyed them when they let him go without a ticket twice within minutes of each other. It was a big joke to Nick. I bet he is not laughing now.

84. This is awful! Nick Hogan has screwed up for the final time and this time it's serious. Of course he will get off easy if celebrities like Lindsay Logan, Paris Hilton, and Nicole Richie get off easy ... then the Nick Hogans case will probably result in suspending his license for a VERY short amount of time. After 4 tickets and a car wreck that could have been killed you or your passenger ... you should never be a loud to drive again. The Hogans got nothing to do worry about. Daddy has money so Nick will be fine. I loved the Hogans until the new season aired. When I saw Brooke bring home some 30 year old tool I lost al respect for the Hogans. Brooke has obviously had no guidance b/c her first date is a 30 year old!

LONDON (Reuters) - A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of having posted a video of himself on YouTube driving at speeds of more than 140 mph, police said Thursday.

The car, a Ford Escort, was filmed on the A76 single-carriageway road in southwest Scotland.

The detained 19-year-old has not been named.

Sergeant Scott McLachlan, from the Roads Policing Unit at Dumfries and Galloway police, described it as "completely foolish behavior."

"Not only did he endanger his own life, but that of other road-users. It is unacceptable, and to post a recording of such driving on the Internet is entirely stupid."

One-in-three fatal accidents involve drivers under the age of 25, he added.

"Young men in particular seem to think they are invincible behind the wheel -- but the facts tell a different story."

89. Nick Hogan is a complete and utter loser!! Plan and simple. It's too bad it isn't him in intensive care instead of his friend. The really sad part about this is that Nick the loser isn't even going to learn from this and in a matter of months will be speeding again (probably without a license....that is if the State of Florida has the sense to take Nick's license away).
