31. This kid should be locked up and the key thrown away for a few years. There were reports of him on TV burning rubber in his Viper on a busy public street where anyone could have been injured of killed. He's then stopped numerous times for speeding in Florida and "they let him go". The officer that let him go should be held accountable for his lack of concern for public safety. You didn't do that kid any favors, nor his parents and what about his friend laying in the hospital fighting for his life. Little punks that ride their parents coat tails and think they are all that need some TOUGH LOVE .......remember that Mommy and Daddy.......TOUGH LOVE!

32. #7 Don't you think that's a little too harsh. I'm sure that the passenger wasn't forced into the car.

33. Julie - you are a moran, "he shouldn't have gone in the car with him" - so you are saying it's his fault and not the responsiblity of the driver? Okay so if he doesn't die, the driver shouldn't be held responsible and we will make sure that the passenger is fined and/or sentenced in court. If you can't reason it out correctly in your mind - SHUT UP!

34. Hypocrites - anyone who lives like that and then pulls the religious spin have no regret for what they've done. HYP-O-CRITES.

35. I guess I'm not alone in lacking sympathy for Nick. There is no excuse to be speeding like that. Daddy gets him a sweet car that he can't handle, and look what happens. Nick obviously has a lead foot and should not be allowed behind the wheel of a car. Period.

I do pray that his friend makes a full recovery.

I also hope that this is a wake-up call to NIck to stop being a stupid spoiled kid and to grow up.

36. Little Nicky,

Maybe your mommy and daddy should buy you your own race track to drive on. Why? Because if I was in an accident with you (and lived) I would SUE, SUE, SUE you and your parents for every last dime they (and you) have. What an irresposible little prick you are! And your parents are enabling you to the max. I'm beginning to think your dad has taken one to many blows to the head because if you get sued, they get sued.

37. Yeah I bet they are praying and want our prayers. They better pray real hard for a miracle. Their lives are about to change forever. I want to Nick to come forward and tell the public in his words what really happened. How did he explain this to his friend's family?

38. It really looks like a schmoozing campaign on the part of the Hogan family.

I hope there will be some sort of investigation into this whole thing because it sure looks like there is a cover-up going on.

I'd be willing to bet that Hulk Hogan was somehow involved.

How come this kid still has a license.

How come and his wife let this kid behave like this. I guess they're different that what they try to portray themselves as.

Something is wrong in this thing.

41. Hey number 30, please learn to read before posting comments. What does California have to with an accident in Florida?

42. I'm seeing a lot of mis-placed sympathy for this John. Simply being hurt does not make you a victim. This is not some innocent child riding with a guardian, but an accomplice in criminal and reckless behavior who got what he deserved.

43. Jack Schitt, I was wondering if anyone caught that. I was thinking the same thing. Daddy drives a silver viper, sounds a little fishy to me. How many speeding tickets has this kid gotten 3 or more, should he lose his license?

44. "I want to thank everyone who has sent their support to me. Right now I would like to ask all of you to focus your prayers on my friend John."

Translation: Please God, don't let this dude die so the Nickster doesn't have to spend a couple years in the clinkster, brother!!!
