They need to take her children away and place them into children's services care, or give them to their father.
She can't take care of herself, much less two little ones, and she is setting no example whatsoever for them.
She seems to think they are toys, only worthy of her attention when she wants them to be.
Fame has certainly gone to her head. She needs to realize she is no longer a teenage party girl, but a woman with responsibilities to her children.
