Britney Planning to Disappear?
Britney Spears could be looking for a way to disappear from the stage -- and it might just happen at the MTV "Video Music Awards."
The New York Daily News is reporting that Her Britness will vanish -- and then reappear -- "several times" during her super-hyped performance at the upcoming show, all courtesy of magic-freak Criss Angel. What's more, her dancers will be harnessed for "simulated flight," says their source.
No word on whether Angel will be able to work wonders and make her voice appear as well.
Wrestlers Forced to Tap Out by WWE
World Wrestling Entertainment has given the hook to ten of its wrestlers for violations of its steroids policy in the wake of the Chris Benoit murder-suicide.In its statement, issued to TMZ late Thursday, the WWE said, that it has "issued suspension notices to 10 of its performers for violations." The wrestling overlord said it wouldn't release the names of the grapplers involved, but added, "Notice has been sent to all WWE performers that names of anyone who is suspended under the Wellness Policy as of November 1 will be made public."
The WWE's information was based on word from the Albany County, NY Prosecutor's Office, which was probing illegal steroid sales.
Kanye & Fitty – Cover Boys?
50 Cent might've thrown down the gauntlet on Kanye West in their upcoming "showdown," as their respective albums drop on Sept. 11, but Kanye has a coup up his Dolce & Gabbana sleeve as well -- a headlining gig at a Rolling Stone's party in Vegas. TMZ has learned that K-West will be closing out the huge blowout weekend, which also features The Bravery, Linkin Park, Snoop Dogg, and Incubus, among others, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sept. 6-8. We also hear that Rolling Stone is "set to make history" with their next cover, dropping on the Friday before the MTV VMAs, with Kanye posing with none other than ... 50 Cent?!
