34. Calm down people! We all knew little Kim wasn't too bright. What 20 something women get plastic surgery that makes her look 40 something. Of course she thinks average people drive around without tags on their car. Ray J dating her proves he isn't too bright either, if there was any doubt left.

35. Actually, have you noticed how many cars in LA *don't* have license plates? And I've never seen one get stopped. I don't know why there are so many cars without plates, but I can kind of see why she would think that.

36. the only reason i read the story is because i happen to like lil kim. but i could care less about her getting stopped for not having plates on a car. i find it hard to believe she never had a liscense - maybe it had just expired or something. you can buy a car without a liscense or at least you can where i live because when mine was suspended i bought a new car but i did get plates unless things have changed as that was 7 years ago going on 8. lets not waste time on such stupid stories. are you that hard up for stories people may actually care about. big whoopie doo no liscense plate.
