32. I read that Hulk owns a Viper that matches the description and has been know to race his son. Anyone investigating if Hulk was the Viper driver? He got to the crash scene almost immediately.

33. #15 No shame....the cops probably know who was driving the silver viper and turned all the information over to the DA for prosecution .I am guess.he is waiting for John to pull through and then he can charge Nick...we are praying he gets well. If John passes away, Nick could be charged either second-degree manslaughter (4-10 years), or criminally negligent homicide (3 1/2 - 10 1/2 years) or wreckless endangerment (2-7 years)....sentencing guidelines varies between states.

34. they should keep dad in jail. He already had one injunction on him for DV and he's showing he can't do the right thing regardless of the situation. Nick will probably be praying a hefty price either way his friend goes and his parents will also be pay a hefty price in the event the young man dies not to mention the medical bills. These families need prayer right now not violence.

GOSH,, you think she deserved it.. Are you an idiot or what ???
Nick has had nothing but issues with the police and his racing.
Dont get me wrong... i feel for the families involved, however, if the Hogan's
had a little more responsible young man. Please know that where I come
from if a guy hit a woman, then 10 of his friends would go over and have
a 'nice' chat with him,, and kick his butt up and down the street.
Hopefully, he would learn from this lesson. have a good day.

38. The poor guy's under an enormous amount stress,I mean his Son was in a horrific accident!And Listen,nobody ever said you shouldn't smack your wife atleast once a day anyway! I just hope his son is alright that should be the most important thing,right now!!

39. I feel so bad for this family. They are going through something terrible and unimaginable. I hope thier son can pull through but it sounds like there may be brain damage since his condition has not improved. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

40. Dad threw some cold coffee at a member of mom's family for not allowing him into the ICU. IT happened in the family waiting room. Dad got a nasty shinner from mommydearest family. mommydearest and her thug love family need to go get a coffee and donut and let DAD see his dying son. I hear he is not doing so good!

nick about killed the boy or has him brain dead and dad threw some cold coffee and has a no bond. Clearwater Police in the bollea/hogan pocket!

41. What the hell is wrong with you people? What happened to Nick and this boy was an accident! True, he was speeding, but how many of you haven't done the same damn thing when you were teenagers? I feel sorry for both families! Nick is certainly suffering within himself knowing that he is the reason his friend is in critical condition! As for the boys mother and father, you don't know their situation so how can you judge them? It sounds to me like the father has a problem with his temper, there seems to be an ongoing domestic violence issue here. I do agree that he should be allowed to see his son but not with the mother there. Have a heart people, put yourself in Nick's shoes and think about it!

45. nick has a court date here in Florida for his ticket 2 weeks prior to his wreck. HE is in danger of getting his license suspended. hulk hired a DUI attorney to explain everything...........geezus
yo hulk if someone would have bought you a clue you'd know that if you buy your 14yr son a car that goes faster than a cop car that you maybe stressing a maybe sending the wrong message?
