Cops: Hogan Wreck Victim's Dad Got Violent in Hospital

61. The Dad who was arrested is an abuser. The Mom does not need this guy hanging around the hospital and causing more problems than they already have. He was arrested for a reason. He gave up his right to visit his son when he got violent earlier. The supporters the injured guy has in the hospital need to have peace during their support of him. They have enough stress already.
Nick is just a young kid. He did not realize the consequences of driving so fast. I bet that he didn't think he would ever lose control of his car. Unfortunatly, now he knows what happens when you do. I am sure this will haunt him for a very long time. He and his friend have my prayers. I hope that Nick learns a lesson from this and I am sure he has. This can not be easy for him or his family and I hope his friend will make a full recovery.
Prayers should go out to both families.

62. He has a son who survived Iraq as a marine, and is trying to survive now. The guy has a lot to be proud of. I hope he can get it together long enough to be supportive of his son, even if that means away from his hospital room.
It's pretty clear when he is around negative vibes arise, so sadly untill he can give up the booze or what ever makes him dysfunctional he should just stay away.

63. 1. If this man has a history of violence (it states she "renewed" the order of protection) and then shows up at the hospital and caused at least enough of a problem that the family felt threatened. Abusive people can be unpredictible - what if he became violent or abusive toward a nurse or doctor? That wouldn't help his critically injured son. Since we have no way of knowing how violent this man is let's not pass judgement on the wife and/or family for doing what they feel is in the best interest of their son.
2. He didn't go to the hospital and beat up the Hogans ... he was being violent with his own family. What kind of man does that? Poor guy my eye....I don't feel sorry for anybody that would do that to their family at such a time.
2. Nick "Hogan" should be held responsible for what happened. And yes, his daddy is rich and will hire the best attorney he can afford (wouldn't you if you could for your child?). The police will probably charge him very soon. He will probably get a fine, lose his license, go to driving school, do community service and be on probation for a set amount of time. That is what most anybody would expect ... but I don't think he should be charged and more severely based soley on the fact that he's Nick Hogan, The Hulk's son.

I pray that Graziano makes a speedy recovery and helps his (obviously disfuctional) family though this terrible time.

I hope the local D.A. and presiding judge gets a look at all the material and comments (from most of us ) that are on the various web pages and justice will surely be swift and harsh no matter who the Hogan lawyer is . The videos and magazine interviews show exacttly how and why this happened. Plenty of places to point fingers but the Nick and Daddy are at the top of the list so my "prayers" will most certainly NOT be with them. Local careers will be at stake on this this one if it's not handled with severity and stiff penalties.And the pending lawsuits againt the Hogans will be a laydown.Nick (and Pops) are totally at fault .

73. I don't condone DV but this man needs to be with his son. Lord forbid if it were my child, no one could keep me away.

"NO SHAME" just because it hasn't been in the media about what investigations may be happening, don't assume nothing is going on. Detectives keep their cards very close to them. They shouldn't be giving out information at this point.

74. I live in Clearwater and this story doesn't tell everything. This man has a record a mile long! I don't have any sympathy for him. I hope the cops jack up the jail and put him under it! I feel for the son in ICU. It's obvious that he comes from a very disfunctional family. Nick is also a product of his family and environment. Rich kids are always brats! By the way, the Viper did belong to Nick. The Hulk bought 2 of them - one for himself and one for Nick.
