If there's an ongoing legal spat between he and his wife, obviously there is more to it. He probably a dangerous spouse abuser who should be in jail whether his son is injured or not. 83. None of you jealous, ignorant haters were in that car, at the scene, or in the hospital, so STOP JUDGING! You have no idea what happened except for what has been in the news. Walk a mile in any of their shoes before you crucify Nick and this other boy's mother.
Just because the Hogan's have more money than you doesn't mean they should be punished any worse than anyone else for this accident. Terry has worked hard for everything they have, and there is no reason for all of you to bash his entire family for a tragic accident. Nick is still a teenage boy, no matter how much money his daddy has. And so what if he dropped out of high school? Just because his family is wealthy and famous they should have pushed him to graduate and go to college? Maybe he has a learning disability, just as many poor, unfamous children have. I guarantee you that MANY of you are high school dropouts, so shut the hell up. Are you going to bash every parent for not making their children do something they can't do?
Let God judge, and stop making yourselves look like poor, uneducated HATERS!

86. This is all just awful. Too bad so many of you don't really get it. John's father is an abuser, no doubt. Going to the ICU unit and starting a fight is not the right thing to do and Jon's mother did what she had to. This is not a first time for John's father...fighting family members will not help anyone. As for Nick, I have no doubts that all the Bollea/Hogan money and high priced lawyers will keep him home with his parents, which is sad. Whether or not John told Nick to drive faster or was with him a million times while he drove like a lunatic is not the question. Where in the hell were the Bolleas at during the past year when their son got ticket after ticket? Unfortunately Nick is still a minor, but I have a feeling even if he wasn't the folks would still bail his butt out. People have the right to be damn angry about this case. Over and over again the so called celebritys do the crime and don't do the time. Nick must not have much remorse...he has asked when he can drive again. I am sure the lawyers have advised the Bolleas to maintain a very low profile right now. And as for him being a high school drop out...HE NEVER DROPPED IN!!!!!!! Home schooled my a$$$$. There are so many people out there who would love to have their kids get a fine education and can't afford it. The Bolleas could give their brats the best money could buy...oh they do...expensive cars and recording studio time. Don't waste your time on their "reality" show...its called scripted acting you fools. The reality of it all is a 22 year old man in a medically induced coma who may or may not come out of it....his family is destroyed more than ever from this. The Bolleas will be sued no doubt and rightfully so. Nicl will be back on the streets in another high powered car and either kill himself, one of his family members or any other person who has the misfortune of being on the road while he is. I am not out to bash his family because they are the "Hogans". But Nick's parents are responsible for the actions of their brat. They allowed him to keep driving. Don't tell me there was nothing they could do...there was plenty. As for John's father, maybe there could be some private time for him with his son...but he can't let his emotions out of control in a hospital where his son's life is in the balance. I was shocked that the "reality" show was on last night and that VH-1 chose to run it surprised me. Poor taste. They need to cancel all these totally ignorant "reality" shows. God help our kids who are so heavily influenced by them.
