No sooner he married Britney all he did was A. Spend her money, B. PARTY, and C. Try to get famous... Before Britney got pregnant with Sean she always had Kevins and Shars daughter Kori, where was Federloser you ask? PARTYING WITH BRITNEYS MONEY! When Britney got pregnant, had Sean where was Kevin? PARTYING! Do you even know what the final straw for Britney was? The final straw was a week after she had a C-section for there second son and Kevin LEFT her to go party in Vegas after she begged him to stay to help her out with the kids, that was her final straw, she got tired of being a single married mother and having a guy live off her and be a dead beat father.

Do you even know why Kevin is fighting for these boys? Its all about $$$$$, that is all he sees those boys as. His payments from Britney in spousal support end in November so where the heck is he going to get income? He does not have a HS education and he can not act or sing and the only reason anyone put up with him in Hollywood is because he was married to Brit but he's not anymore and he is slowly fading, for instance when do you ever see him in mags anymore?The only reason the paps followed him around is to catch him cheating on Brit but he is no longer with her so the paps have no reason to follow him.

Kevin is already running out of money, he is actually trying to demand Britney pay his legal fees for there child custody battle because he does not have enough money to pay for it all and I know for a fact this is not going to happen because I have a judge in my family and when it comes to custody battles you pay your own fees. Kevin is fighting for the kids because he knows he will get loads in child support, come on do you really think he gives two s*** about those kids? He does not even care about his other two kids by Shar and every time it is his days with the boys he never spends time with them, they have been over Kevins house several times and you know who the boys end up with? Britneys parents. When Britney went to rehab Kevin took the boys and not even a week of having them he was in Vegas partying while the boys were with the nannies so if anyone has a right to party it is Brit, she had not had any fun or go to a club since she got pregnant with her first child, she was basically a mother and that's it up until she had Jaidyn.

Kevin needs to go back to the trailer park with his ugly trashy ex, I do not know what Brit was thinking when she got with him I mean ugly, poor and kids with another women to whom which he left while pregnant and had an affair, Brit had no idea he had a GF or had kids until they freaking got engaged, I do not know WTH she was thinking marrying a guy so poor with 2 kids already and ontop of that his GF at the time had 2 other kids by 2 different men.

36. Let's see -- Britney was **working** in Vegas, while Kevin was **playing** in Arizona.

Since Britney couldn't take the children to Vegas with her because, the last time she did, she was criticized for not getting Kevin's "permission," she jumped on a plane back to LA immediately after the event, despite being criticized by some for not staying long enough!

So what exactly are you criticizing Britney for this time, TMZ?

39. What scares me most is that these two beautiful little boys are now past the infant stage, and the older they become, the more they will begin to see that neither parent is truly able to take care of them, love them unconditionally, nurture them, protect them, be there for them.

How utterly and completely sad. It just makes me want to take them in my arms and cuddle them forever. They didn't ask to be born to these two awful people that they have to call Mom and Dad.

42. 36 - believe it or not..I think you left out one thing

when Britney went into rehab there were reports that she was diagnosed with Post Partum Depression. That would explain her breakdown during Matt Luar's interview. Around that time she was constantly photographed crying for no reason. A clear sign of depression.

I don't think she is "crazy" as in mentally insane. I think she was severely depressed and dealing with a draining relationship. I think when you add in alcohol and maybe there was drug use...you end up losing it shaving off your hair and acting bizarre. plus I think it must be maddening to be photographed when you are going through a major crisis and the media is poking fun of you. I agree that K-Fed is a loser. As you pointed out his money is ending in Nov. this is why he is going after her so hard.

I really hope that the judge sees this guy for what he is. Britney should hire a private investigator to get the real story on what he does when he has the kids. He is trying to drag her down while she is trying to get her act together. He should be grateful to her. Look how he is living now..mansion, body guard, rock star party lifestyle. this guy would still be living in an apartment with his struggling actress gf and her four kids if he never met Britney.
