66. So Federline was at a party...and? I read nothing about physical and fights with papparazzi involving his children, falling down drunk, exposing himself in public or acting out sexually in a public venue (topless pool pics anyone?) or in any way acting inappropriately or behaving as though he was himself a 15 yr old.

I assume that if Britney was out one night, and Federline the other, then each parent was watching the children on alternate nights. The problem with Britney goes so far beyond hanging out at yet another club. It has to do with the wildly inappropriate antics in public and frequently involving her children. Let me also mention that if Britney's parenting issues were limited to a few parties there would be no need to subpoena former nannies, assistants and managers, all of whom were close to Britney. No lawyer is going to the trouble of tracking down people who are simply going to affirm that Britney did what was expected of her as a mother. Not even close to it. Attorney Kaplan is subpoena-ing people who will confirm that Britney was absent for days when she was supposed to have the children, was intoxicated in front of them and struggled in her role as a parent.

68. i surprise with the comment he made about the job he got for One Tree Hill. He said that he would not take the job if it affected his time with his kids ..... how many people in the world who has a headache cause the have to make money for living and have children to take care while they live in the middle class or even low class who have to survive and responsible ???????? people have to make choices.... he needs a job cause he is the father of two and he has responsible for them. he has to manage his time between his job and the time for his family ... (everybody does it why he cannot ? unless he is a stupid looser who cannot do anything in his life) and we have daycare too here and he has family too who can help..... or might be he think that the money Brit give to him as child support is the money for his payment as a nanny ?????????? yes that's the job that he really wants i think ???? c'mon guys how many people in the world who has to make some decisions about the job and the family .. my opinion is you work cause you have responsible and make a living for your family and that's the way how you show to them that you LOVE them .... and if everybody wants to be with their family all the time so how they can get money ???? might be there are plenty unemployment we have here if it happened...........that's not a good excuse guys ......... he can do better than that ... he is not cripple either. i just wondering if Brit didn't give him money ... could he say that ??? and could he get survive by not working ????? he is a dumb ass ........... cannot think even for his own life ............ poor him .....

70. I believe Brit has hired a private investigator a week or so ago to follow KFed. I am disappointed in the double standards here. It is ok for KFed to go out and party, but Brit can't go to a club opening she was paid to be at??? Brit, I hope, is finally trying to get her life together and her career started again. I am willing to give her a chance. KFed is a complete loser. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt when they first got together. Even when she did the Matt Lauer interview. I felt bad for both of them. I think the relationship has been going downhill since she was pregnant with Jayden and when she had him she spiraled into PPD. Everyone around her seemed to betray her(in her mind) and forced her into rehab. That was KFed's chance....make it seem like he is dad of the year. Then, get divorced and go after as much money as possible. Now, Brit hasn't made it hard for KFed to paint her in a bad light lately, but I also think it has been blown way out of proportion. That is what the media does best. Up until now KFed has been the one who was "in the right". We haven't heard one word from Brit's camp. Which I think is very smart. Save it for court. I think when they finally do go to court Brit will end up giving him some kind of settlement to shut him up and hopefully the truth will come out. The truth that all KFed wants is money. As for Shar, I think she backs KFed because she knows she will benefit from it. Paps don't follow her because she is nobody. I didn't know her at all until Brit and KFed got together. She has done nothing of importance. That ex wives show she did a few months ago BOMBED. She wasn't even an ex wife...she shouldn't have been on it anyway. The only time we ever see her is if she brings her kids to a movie premiere. WHY? Because nobody cares about her.

Final thought...KFed wants money and thats it. Pure and simple. I really believe Britney loves her children and wants to be there for them. Lets hope Brit prevails because those boys need to be with her. KFed only sees them as $$$

71. Britney was there to work and she was IN and OUT very fast. She was paid to appear,w as late, took a plane ,finished appearance and went back home.

72. Looking from the outside, Kevin played her just like a puppet. Someone said he was in a relationship with Shar when Britney proposed, what kind of relationship? She was pregnant with his second child, were they living together? In an exclusive relationship? Did they have an understanding or was there relationship just casual and we just got pregnant by "accident" again???? Kevin knew what he was doing, $$$$$$ was all he saw, either way the marriage went he would profit from it. He doesn't know the meaning of committment to a woman, to his children or a job. So don't put him on a pedistal or feel sorry for him or Shar. They are all adults and knew what they were doing and the consequences. He is just one of those people I can't stand the sight of him. He looks like a rat that feeds off others.

73. Isn't spousal support based on maintaining a life style one was accustomed to prior to the marriage? If that's the case, Kevin should be paying Britney. He had very little income before they were married, so come November I don't think she should have to pay one dime more. I agree she should honor her pre-nup, but after that, I'd say she should no longer be obligated to him in any way.

75. I for one believe Brit is suffering from PPD and desparately needs the support of her family. She may be compounding the prob with alcohol but it doesn't make her a monster and warrant the mean spirited comments about her ability to care for her kids. In fact other mom's suffering from PPD have gone so far as to drown their kids, the most responsible thing for her to do while she is struggling is to allow a nanny to look out for the kids. Her public antics are a sign of her letting everyone know that she's had it and that she is human. HUMAN!!! K-loser should be shot for using her as a punching bag for his own finanical gain, he should be advocating for her health not her destruction. For their father to raise issue with the eating habits and dental hygiene is laughable, is he not also responsible for that? Why can't he fork over the cash to take Sean P to a dentist ? Lots of celebritites leave their kids with nannies quite frequently and for days on end, why does this make Brit so evil?
