Why would you deny anyone their legal right in defending themselves against slander and defamation? He only threatened to SUE. that is his legal right. If the information is 100% accurate and factually correct and verifiable, then his lawsuit is for naught.

Anyone who would sit back and allow there name to be publicly treated in the same manner would do exactly the same.

Your also very wrong about Rita , She does not have the luxury to 'May Be Lying" or 'She May Be not" Her career and her validity as a reporter is completely based upon her reputation and integrity. She has to be 100% right about everything in the book in order to remain untainted, otherwise if proven to be false. When she loses the defamation lawsuit all of the money that she made off the book will go to Birkhead and Stern courtesy of Cosby. Think about that before your spend your hard earned money on the book.

Make no mistake about it, the only innocent in this situation is the baby. The same colusion Cosby alleges between the men exists between her and Opri .... Do you think maybe, there is a little confilict of interest? It also speaks volumes as to Opri's Integrity and ethics as an attorney, The Bar should investigate her behavior thoroughly.

All of the adult players in this farce are vultures..... I wouldn't spend $1.00 to support it.

She's relying on what a "friend" of Anna Nicole say's when Nicole had dismissed her even before Larry came into the picture? An tapes? Please, if there where any tapes, I think they would have come out a long time ago. If there was any possibility of a gay relationship, do you not think that attention grabber Bobby Trendy would have spilled it already? And this woman says she's a journalist? Well, maybe for fiction books or scifi stories. She should be embarrassed. Oh, and the tapes, she didnt even interview the nannies herself, this was some information that the nannies told a second or third party. Could she be pised because she got thrown out of the funeral reception like the garbage she is?

All I see is is the ax to grind group of people trying to reopen all of the gossip and crap that went on for a year, they are not ready to give up their 15 minutes of fame.

When I see pictures of Larry Birkhead and his baby it makes me smile to see that she has a chance of a normal life. Then low and behold here come the sour grapes group.

Good luck to Larry, baby and pray for Howard I think he is tortured soul. I pray that Anna and Danny have found the peace that they sought in life.

87. I am certain the bahama court has a tape with anna ,s statement about danniel,sdeath. That is what rita,virgie,hatten,and opri,tried to do,they thought this book would bring on the inquest.if this book shows anything,it shows how carefull the bahamas have to be dealing with there inquest,certain people will say anything, after this book is proven to be a work of (trying to get even)my wish is that a inquest when and if it will be held IS CLOSED, THE THE CHIEF OF POLICE HOSPITAL PERSONAL,AND HOWARD AND HIS LAWYER,BECAUSE HOWARD WAS IN THE ROOM AND THE MEDICAL EXAMINER..THERE ARE SO MANY LIARS,THERE WOULD BE NO TRUTH,i know it is hard to accept that the one you loved could do drugs,but danniel did,from all i have read.virgie hate,s howard,because howard long ago,came between virgie,and the marshall money.after seeing how virgie has acted along with her family,i see why anna was on drugs at a early age,how could anyone come out sane with a family who thinks of getting money all the time Where .is the kindness a grandmother would show for her grandchild.by now i would have had the whole town baking,sewing and sending things to dannielynn

90. I have read the book over and over. I believe everyhting Rita is sharing with us about Anna Nicole Smith's Life and what really happened in her deepest times. Howard K Stern and his boyfirend Larry (and I'm sure there are more that will surface later on)were all in it from the start after her monies! No one can convince me otherwise.
