The Bald Truth has learned that the South Carolina developer charged with contempt in connection with the Horizon’s home break-in has again snubbed the Bahamian Supreme Court, skipping his second scheduled hearing Tuesday.

After the no-show by G. Ben Thompson, who briefly dated Anna Nicole Smith, Her Ladyship Justice Allen ordered the case against him to proceed anyway.

Thompson and his lawyer, Godfrey Pro Pinder, are charged with violating court injunctions in the so-called break-in at Horizons, where the developer’s son-in law, Ford Shelley, admitted he removed dvds, computers and other items belonging to Smith, the day after the Playboy centerfold died.

Executor Howard K. Stern filed burglary charges against Shelley, who Bahamian police sources tell me is still under investigation. At the contempt hearing two weeks ago, Pinder presented an affadavit by Thompson, who skipped that hearing as well, claiming he feared for his safety after undisclosed “threats” if he appeared in the Bahamas. 32. 14. The Horizon home was Anna's and the courts are saying so now. Tompson was trying to pull a fast one on her. She was to pay him 950,000 but after Daniel died he wanted 1.250,000 because he thought she would pay. Anna had a deed showing the cost of 950,000. Tompson thought she would move out and then he was going to sell the house for 10 million. Tompson has not shown up for court 3 times. He knows he will have to account for break in. Tell the truth about what is going on, NOT what you want to believe.

The ownership of Horizons was never decided upon in the courts. Thompson decided to withdraw his complaint and take the only real avenue left to him which is to sue those that did not allegely process the property correctly. Ultimately Thompson realized that under Bahamian law, he would have a nearly impossible, if not impossible task of proving the house is his, NOW THAT ANNA IS DEAD (and only if she were dead). There is an article in the Bahamas Journal addressing the difficulties with his case now she is dead.

I agree that Thompson has not shown up for court. Not sure I blame him considering the threats to his freedom and some other alleged threats to his safety.

Personally, I think he thought what he was doing was legal and that the order to not bother the occupants was moot once Anna died. Why else whould he have gone through a judge? I'm breaking and entering, but, by the way, I'm telling the authorities what I am doing? I have full confidence that Anna's things will be returned to their proper owner, Dannielynn, once this garbage has been filtered through.

BTW- There is a substantual percentage added to any property in the Bahamas when sold. Perhaps this government fee is what brought the price up. Only after Daniel died did the 10 mil price come into play.

33. If GBT and Ford Shelley were totally honest and their claims were true, Stern wouldn't be living at Horizons as part of ANS's estate.
The house would have been returned to GBT by now. The guy messed up and is now paying the price for thinking with the wrong head.
I feel bad for GBT and the Shelley's. The transaction wasn't handled correctly or as GBT wanted it.

The case for both Vicky Lynn and her son Daniel should be REOPENED Today!!!

It should NOT be filed under Case Closed: cause of Death "Accidental".

It makes you wonder just HOW MANY CASES here in the U.S. is filed under

"ACCIDENTAL DEATH" when the Truth is that it wasn't.

Too many Criminals are getting by with MURDER and

they are as FREE as a BIRD, just like O.J. Simpson!!!

In the meantime, people like Rita Cosby is

$$$ CASHING IN on the Tragedy of the Deaths of Daniel and his mother.

She is PUSHING her book here on TMZ and sounds like
she will make her rounds to the TV media.

I could NOT STAND seeing her and HEARING her

Weird Throaty voice on TV when she was still employed.

Rita figures she is going to make a KILLING off of the book.

I for one WILL NOT help her and Debra Opri become rich by
buying the TRASHY book.

However Larry is Definitely an UNFIT FATHER who

should have Danielynn TAKEN AWAY from him.

Larry is NOT concerned about the safety and welfare of his daughter.

He also is Denying Danielynn from getting to know her maternal Grandma.

Hopefully the Proper Authorities will do a thorough Investigation into both

Larry and Howard and their roles in the Deaths of Daniel and his mother.

That's what the Media should Focus on.

Quite frankly, that (deaths) is what is keeping good, honest, caring

Folks here on TMZ.

Thanks TMZ for giving us the latest info.

Please now give us info on the investigation (lack of) into the deaths of 2 people.

That is what we want to hear and read about !!!

41. No matter what you feel about Larry Birkhead, in the list of characters surrounding this case, he seems to be the best of the bunch to have Dannielynn.

He was about the only one who wasn't around Daniel or Anna when she died.

Thank god he turned out to be the real father.

If it weren't for Ben Thompson and his son-in-law Ford Shelly,

we would never have known about the Clown and X-mas video.

Hence, we wouldn't have known just how involved

Dr. Kris and Howard and his "Inner Circle" were in the

Deaths of Daniel and his mother.

We also wouldn't have known about how Howard and Dr. Kris were

Directly involved in Danielynn almost dying BEFORE AND AFTER her birth.

Danielynn's Mental and future physical health could be

Permanently Damaged thanks to those Evil characters.

Both B. Thompson and Ford Shelly handed over and provided

Crucial info and videos as well as the computers to the Proper Authorities.

Too bad that somehow Howard has managed to either
