It is clear that TMZ is trying to imply that Ben Thompson had something to do with Daniel's death, to deflect attention away from Stern. Disgusting and manipulative! And knowingly and intentionally deceptive and malicious.

77. Why is Howard still living there, if supposedly Anna never paid all the money for the house. Also, shouldn't Howard get a job. He is a parasite and lives off everyone. I have mentioned this before, but since Howard Stern (being an attorney) been investigated because of all the medications that were found in the room in Florida. in his name. If the psychiatrist was, why wasn't he.

He was there when Daniel arrived, stayed till around midnight, he had as much chance as anyone to put something in a drink! There was a bunch of drinks on her nightstand as pictured in the Hosp. photos with Daniel!

Why does this guy always get cut a break... he was the one who mentioned getting Anna a place and help before she came to him... Shelley was the one who suggested the Bahamas...all this is a fact!

He gets them a house in the Bahamas then when Daniel dies he turns against her and has friends put out affidavits about Larry is the dad and drug use (methadone) so it looks like her fault...serves her eviction papers day after Daniel is buried. Give the National Enquirer stories about flushed pills, drug kits and so forth.... come on... ever wonder why? If he didnt like Stern why get involved in the first place?! All he did makes no sense.

G-d Bless Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley for having provided shelter for Anna Nicole at what appeared to be a most challenging time of her life and the further revelations that her bank accounts (though likely a ruse) had been drawn down. Wonder how the personal lawyer can look into a mirror at himself though some psychologists have inferred (without seeing him for direct diagnoses) that he may very well be a psychopathic narcissist with no soul conscience.

May justice prevail on behalf of Daniel, Anna, Ben, and his son-in-law!

I dont think your representative of all the bloggers that float in and out of this site who may not know WHO the family friend was who visited with Daniel the night before he died... stayed till around midnight and was there on his say-so the day he died (below)..

Thompson stated in the excerpt below that HE WAS there the day Daniel died!! If Rita saw a picture, then Shelley/Thompson crew must be in possession of them! Who knows given the tragic state Anna was in if those pics were taken to appease her till they could sedate her.. Horrible, stealing the most private belongings of a dead woman.

"Remember Ford Shelley? The Drama Queen who stole all of Anna's belongings out of the Horizons Mansion (which he owns)? He was on "The Record" tonight claiming that Howard snapped pictures of a dead Daniel and they were on Anna's computer. The idea was to profit from the sale of the pictures. These pics along with the computer are with the police right now being examined. If this is true, Howard has some splaining to do. The inquest into Daniel's death begins Monday in the Bahamas."

"Rumors are going around that pictures of Anna posing with a deceased Daniel are up for sale. Ford Shelly reported that he found pictures on Anna's personal computer, (which he stole)! taken of Daniel soon after his death. Now it looks like Ford... I mean an undisclosed person, is shopping around for the highest offer for these pics."

83. I've followed Anna'scareer for a long time,and one thing I know is that she trusted her son & Howard S only. All of these so called friends need to follow Howard's lawyer's instructions & stop the lies! Most of them have like Ford Shelly etc.... 90. It is no surprise to anyone that HOWARD STERN is involved. If Anna did not finish paying for the house, why is Howard still living there probably grubbing as usual. He should renovate the house that Anna bought so that it could be liveable. I don't care if he lives outside the house. Till he is physically thrown out out of the Horizon, he will stay there forever. He is a parasite and a grubber - which is no surprise to anyone. If he is a lawyer in good standing, he should get a JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!! If Ford Shelly is definitely the owner, why hasn't Howard been thrown out. Something doesn't sound right.
