Mystery Man in Anna Nicole's Hospital Room

TMZ knows the identity of the "mystery person" who was in the hospital room the day Anna Nicole Smith's son Daniel died. It's G. Ben Thompson.

He's the dude with whom Anna Nicole had a brief affair -- the same man Anna tried to trick into believing Dannielynn was his baby. Anna's scheme was torpedoed when Thompson informed her he had a vasectomy two years earlier.

Thompson says he still owns Horizons, the home Anna and Howard lived in when they moved to the Bahamas. Ultimately, Thompson tried to evict Anna and Howard, claiming they were squatters. Howard still lives there.

94. AND THIS IS NEWS TO WHO? so where have yuo been tmz? Ford Shelly said this a long time ago, however he was not in the room when daniel was found dead. they came later. Ford shelly who is his son, said they came to anna's room and that he saw howard go into the hospital bath room and then he heard howard flush something and came right out so he knew hoard did not use the toilet but that he entered the bathroom just to flush "something."

Ford Shelly is Thompson's son-in-law !!!! I think the flushing was at the Horizons ! The nurses got a hold of pills that were found at the hospital .They were in Howard's bed ,(not Daniel's) like he claims !
