17. Is she NUTS? Does Rita Cosby really thing that Larry Birkhead, who was fighting for his daughter, would ever make such a video? Preposterous - and anyone who even entertains this crap is nuttier than her or her "source". Produce the tape - byeetch - then talk. 19. Birkhead and Stern are both about one thing MONEY. They put on that fake act about hating each other, all for the love of MONEY. They are both sickening. Larry was nothing until he hooked up with Ana, and Stern was a 0 also, now both of them together are only after one thing. What is Larry's job anyway, and who does Stern work for. They are both the biggest pimps I have ever seen and to pimp a child is the worse. I am going to buy the book, because I believe they are lovers, not that I care about that, but the poor little rich girl, OMG

If TMZ is accurately quoting Ms Cosby and she admits she "hasn't seen the video but knows people who have", then she should be ashamed of including mention of a sex video in her book. Any reputable author genuinely concerned with the truth would have insisted on viewing the tape to ensure its existence and contents; otherwise, any reputable author would have omitted that unsubstantiated accusation from their published work.

Regardless of one's personal position on Larry and Howard, the irreponsibility of spreading a scandalous rumour (as gay sex is seen as scandalous by much of conservative North America) that could damage Mr. Birkhead's reputation and ability to earn a good living for himself and his child -- relying on the word of a former friend of the deceased woman, who was removed from Anna Nicole's life after refusing to testify against her brother at his stalking trial and whose deep hatred for Howard K. Stern is well known, and who was not part of Ms Smith's life when the model/spokesperson met and became involved with Mr. Birkhead -- is reprehensible.

Yes, if TMZ has correctly quoted Ms Cosby and she wrote about an inflammatory sex tape that she never even saw with her own eyes, then she's an embarrassment as a legitimat reporter and as an author.

29. well, of course everybodys innocent till proven guilty of these accusations...however...something does smell rotten in denmark...in spite of rita not seeing the video, she's gotta have something else behind her going out on the limb like this, in such a serious way...i always thought larry was a soft guy (thinking possibly undercover gay), and somewhere heard that howard was gay (heresay). Again, something smells rotten here. As much as they were on opposing sides during the anna nicole baby-daddy saga, it wasn't all that nasty a scene...possibly coohoots in the background...i don't know, let's see.

30. Funny how tmz takes off the story on lb and hs having a sexual encounter but then works overtime this morning doing free damage control for the stern camp. And then if art fart has this story then you know who they are getting there info from. I didn't realize harvey worked for stern. No surprise here with this coming out on the day Rita's book is coming out.
