She looks hideous, unfortunately. The outfit is terrible and unflattering, she's too thin to be attractive, and there seems to be something wrong with her teeth (maybe just the way the light is in the picture, but it looks unhealthy). Oh, yuck. Kiera, if you can't gain a few pounds, at least try to wear something that flatters your rather unusual shape. Maybe a personal trainer and a nutritionist could help get things looking healthier.

It doesn't take a medical degree to see that she has an eating disorder and is in poor physical shape. The hallmarks are the muscles in her neck, the condition of her skin and teeth, and her sternum---you can see it. When you look at past photos of her, it's obvious she is not that naturally thin. Women are not supposed to look like that. It's sad, I hope she gets the help she needs.

Uh, ME? Hello? Kiera Knightley right now is EXACTLY what an eating disorder looks like. Textbook. Nice try. Her arms do look like sticks...and that's on film! Her skin is so tight it's stretched over her face...the girl needs a reality check! Kiera! This is not attractive! You don't need to do this to be a movie star! When are these girls going to get it?

She looks very hot. Nothing wrong with being skinny. The picture does not do her justice as she looks much better in the other pictures of her from the event. The dress is ugly but otherwise she looks awsome. Don't hate on the Kiera!

Thankgoodness she's here....If there is an acident on the red carpet we'll have some gauze for bandages! Her stylist ought to start looking for a new gig, maybe in medical supply sales?!

keira dosen't want implants, she says she dosen't like the idea of an operation and she knows she has small boobs but she is human, just because she is a film star dosen't mean she has to have big boobs and perfect teeth and as for her weight, its none of the publics buisness about her weight so just enjoy her talent and stop skitting her. i am a huge fan of keiras. shes a role model.
