230. 199. I read all 37 pages of the civil rights complaint.

Mark's complaint alleges that Howard killed Anna and Daniel and he will present evidence at trial. I'd like to see this go to trial, for that alone!

Mark had tried to get another attorney to assist Howard in the Marshall money case and that made Stern FURIOUS! Reason enough to try to get rid of Mark, in my opinion!

Anna was not concerned enough to call 911 - Howard called them.
Kimmie and Daniel were also at the house and did not call 911.
I'd like to see Kimmie on the witness stand, under oath.

The witness Rene Navarro who says Mark injured his thumb, Rene sued Anna!
He didn't claim the injury until 3 months after the incident, when he was suing Anna.

Mark was with Anna for 2 years, proven by evidence, and was engaged to her.
They lived at 11923 Hartsook Ave N in Hollywood, Calif.

Sounds to me like Howard tried to get rid of Mark, in the same way he tried to get rid of Larry Birkhead (before they became butt buddies).

Howard may be served at the Trope law office in Los Angeles - that is the address listed for him on the lawsuit.

He's had plenty of time to press charges against Stern. Why now? I guess Wackie Hatten's recent ascent to fame has compelled her brother to try for a share of the pie, too. These two remind me of a couple of sociopathic kids who have survivor mentalities. It's them against the world, out to blow away anything that stands in their opportunistic path.

Krista did the very same thing with the whole world watching on National Television and with Cameras rolling, a Judge facing her and surrounded by other attorneys and a courtroom full of people.......SHE STOLE LARRY'S STYROFOAM CUP.

They sent that cup off for dna and knew within 2 days dannielynn was birkheads beyond a reasonable doubt, so they had howard making a plan immediately to get to larry. that was when howard invited howard and shelly to come to the house to "discuss funeral plans for anna." but shelly said when they got there howard had something entirely different on his mind.

the whole bunch of them are rotten which is why i believe they always planned on spreading anna's Marshall settlement among themselves, ron included.

But a better and more truthful day is coming. It wouldnt surprise me if howard accidently admit he killed anna and daniel on a witness stand without intentoinally meaning to.

Things we never thought about are beginning to come to fruitition and its going to be on the world stage.

240. What nearly happened to Hatten was similar to Anna's being in the bathtub at one point in her last days at the Hard Rock. I hope more of the truth comes out about Howard. I believe Jackie Hatten, and what her brother says sounds logical, considering what happened to Anna's friends and family and how she was isolated from them.

Has everybody forgotten about Daniel Smith, Anna's son? Last night on Greta's show Dr. Michael Baden, the only Forensic Pathologist who sounds legitimate, said
Daniel Smith's death should have been investigated as a homicide.
