Anna's Jailbird Ex: Howard K. Tried to Kill Me!!

Anna Nicole Smith's ex boyfriend, who's currently in jail for making criminal threats against the former Playmate, says Howard K. Stern tried to kill him back in 2000, in a failed "attempt to remove" him from Anna's life.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Mark Hatten, who briefly dated Anna Nicole, claims Howard "tried his very best to try and murder plaintiff Hatten and make it look like an accidental death/overdose."

Hatten also accuses Stern of "hypnotizing plaintiff's fiancé Anna Nicole Smith with Chloral Hydrate," and then giving her "Valium, Methadone, Xanax, Vicodin, Oxycontin, Phenergen cough syrup, corasette, shots of Demerol, shots of Morphine Sulfate and many other prescription and non prescription illegal drugs (according to proof at trial)."

The incarcerated Hatten is seeking $100,000,000 in damages.

241. While some of the parties are threatening to sue, and having media sponsored parties, and probably media sponsored cemetery visits .... we are writing letters in support of Daniel, to let the Bahamian government know that the public has NOT forgotten Daniel.

We are doing a letter writing campaign to the Bahamian Attorney General, urging her to PLEEEEEEEZE order the INQUEST into Daniel's death SOON!

247. I think it is very likely that Mark Hatten is telling the truth. there are too many similarities to LB's situation. I remember reading that Mark had left some things at ANS's and when he called to pick them up, HKS told him to come on, then called the police to report a stalker. LB said when he wanted to get some of his things, HKS threatened to call police if he came around.

I'm not sure that I believe Jackie. If it's true the relationship ended in 2000 and she was never in the Studio City house then it's flaky. However, she did try to see ANS in the Bahamas. Also, if ANS called Peter Nygaard for help as reported and HKS hung up, that is suspicious also.

There is just too much smoke in this case for there to be no fire.
