Someone by the name of Rene Navarro, another person being sued in this complaint. Read the complaint. He's also suing most everyone connected to his being found guilty as he alleges poor representation, failure to admit evidence which would have cleared him and the loss of a recording, which was allegedly heard by several people involved in the case, which may have exonorated him.

Yes, I should have read the complaint. I didn't realize the Rene person was a neighbor.

Hmm.

I repeat: I don't care whether Hatten's lawsuit stands up to snuff. Coupled with Crosby's book, the timing of the lawsuit couldn't be better.

All this, and the ensuing uproar, just might cause the authorities to take a second look at the activities of the players and their possible involvement in the deaths of Anna and Danny.

49. Peggy, this will be interesting, the depo of Stern alone would make it worthwhile. We've said for awhile that he is machiavellian in his behavior, and engineering a scene where a man could be arrested, convicted and incarcerated - and separated from Anna - after the man had told her to beware of Stern, would not surprise me.

50. Hi, Legal Eagle, I have always believed Mark Hattens story. He has a My space and I believe Stern threatened him on there too. He also had a freeweb page. I wish someone would have listened to Mark a long time ago.

56. Stern is in the Bahamas, how is he going to be served and where would this trial take place? Will Stern have to volunteer to come to court? Legally, exactly what can Mr. Stern do in this situation. I don't think he has to do anything, he now lives in another country.

60. Jackie Hatten has been rode hard and put away wet. Mark Hatten has been a druggie way before he met Anna and after. He had to do drug classes in jail. Only reason he tried to hang out with Anna was to steal meds to take. Jackie must be running out of public aid, maybe Virgie can help them out.
